Investigan a jueces del sur del estado por presuntos actos de corrupci\u00f3n en el desempe\u00f1o de su cargo, de acuerdo con denuncias que se han presentado ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El titular de la dependencia, Irving Barrios Mojica admiti\u00f3 en entrevista que se tienen iniciadas carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n derivadas de la funci\u00f3n de esos servidores p\u00fablicos del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Precis\u00f3 que cuatro de las denuncias interpuestas por estos hechos corresponden a instancias de Altamira y Tampico, adem\u00e1s de haberse formulado una en Matamoros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cEntender\u00e1 usted que los detalles no es factible darlos en tanto que se trata de investigaciones en curso\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el fiscal al cuestionarse si los jueces fueron denunciados por el gobierno del estado o actores pol\u00edticos.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
El pasado 31 de octubre, el gobernador Am\u00e9rico Villarreal Anaya hizo un llamado a los jueces del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia del Estado a no actuar al margen de la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDesde el Poder Ejecutivo Estatal hago un llamado a todos los servidores p\u00fablicos involucrados en la procuraci\u00f3n e impartici\u00f3n de justicia, a que denuncien cualquier presi\u00f3n o coacci\u00f3n para actuar al margen de la ley\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFrancisco Garc\u00eda Cabeza de Vaca se reuni\u00f3 con un juez que lastimosamente parece haberse prestado a un juego sucio y reprobable, para tramitar y liberar ocho \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de autoridades electas, miembros del partido y, al parecer, en contra m\u00eda; esta medida es inaceptable y no la vamos a permitir\u201d, dijo en una conferencia de prensa convocada urgente.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
El mandatario se refiri\u00f3 en aquel momento al juez de control Miguel Moreno Castillo, quien se encontraba en Altamira y fue movido a la capital del estado y ser\u00eda quien emitir\u00eda presuntamente las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n basadas en se\u00f1alamientos publicados en notas period\u00edsticas y no en acusaciones formales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
