{"id":926,"date":"2022-11-21T06:16:47","date_gmt":"2022-11-21T06:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=926"},"modified":"2022-11-21T06:16:48","modified_gmt":"2022-11-21T06:16:48","slug":"llueven-reclamos-por-ofertas-en-el-buen-fin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2022\/11\/21\/llueven-reclamos-por-ofertas-en-el-buen-fin\/","title":{"rendered":"Llueven reclamos por &#8216;ofertas&#8217; en el Buen Fin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con la llegada de\u00a0las ofertas este Buen Fin tambi\u00e9n viene una monta\u00f1a de reclamaciones, esto debido a que la\u00a0Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco)\u00a0inform\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3\u00a0<strong>al menos 230 reclamos<\/strong>, algunos de ellos por cancelaci\u00f3n de compra, cobros indebidos e incumplimiento de promociones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En redes sociales se report\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado 19 de noviembre que la tienda Armani de la plaza Punta Norte, en Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, Estado de M\u00e9xico, tuvo que aceptar<strong>\u00a0la venta de un abrigo de 16 mil pesos en tan solo 16 pesos,<\/strong>\u00a0debido a un error en el etiquetado, situaci\u00f3n que fue conciliada por Profeco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ropa y calzado junto al equipo de c\u00f3mputo, son de los\u00a0<strong>productos que encabezan la lista de reclamos<\/strong>\u00a0de la dependencia encargada de cuidar a los consumidores, y de las\u00a0230 quejas en lo que va del Buen Fin, al menos 88 fueron resueltas a trav\u00e9s de la conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Buen Fin: \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los productos con m\u00e1s reclamos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Profeco, los giros comerciales que m\u00e1s problemas\u00a0generaron en el Buen Fin hasta este domingo 20 de noviembre\u00a0<strong>debido a sus promociones<\/strong>\u00a0son las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Equipos de c\u00f3mputo:&nbsp;<strong>83 casos<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Ropa y calzado:&nbsp;<strong>24 casos<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Jugueter\u00eda:&nbsp;<strong>15 casos<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las tiendas con m\u00e1s reclamos en el Buen Fin 2022?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunas tiendas que\u00a0no respetaron las ofertas de Profeco en lo que va de este Buen Fin\u00a0son las siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>HP M\u00e9xico (Hewlett-Packard):<strong>&nbsp;74 reclamaciones<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Walmart:&nbsp;<strong>54 reclamaciones<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Sam\u2019s Club:&nbsp;<strong>18 reclamaciones<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Profeco inform\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>recuper\u00f3 alrededor de 354 mil 790 pesos<\/strong>\u00a0para clientes derivado de las\u00a0ofertas incumplidas por tiendas en el Buen Fin, as\u00ed como el cobro indebido y las cancelaciones de compras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la dependencia comparte&nbsp;<strong>algunos testimonios en sus redes sociales de casos de conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, en las que se devolvi\u00f3 dinero a los clientes tras alg\u00fan error en sus compras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con la llegada de\u00a0las ofertas este Buen Fin tambi\u00e9n viene una monta\u00f1a de reclamaciones, esto debido a que la\u00a0Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco)\u00a0inform\u00f3 que recibi\u00f3\u00a0al menos 230 reclamos, algunos de ellos por cancelaci\u00f3n de compra, cobros indebidos e incumplimiento de promociones.
