{"id":8584,"date":"2023-11-29T06:14:33","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T06:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=8584"},"modified":"2023-11-29T06:14:35","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T06:14:35","slug":"rosa-icela-pide-a-congreso-tipificar-extorsion-como-delito-grave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/11\/29\/rosa-icela-pide-a-congreso-tipificar-extorsion-como-delito-grave\/","title":{"rendered":"Rosa Icela pide a Congreso tipificar extorsi\u00f3n como delito grave"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La titular de la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana<\/strong>, Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez, exhort\u00f3 a diputados a legislar para tipificar la extorsi\u00f3n como delito grave y\u00a0evitar que los responsables sean liberados autom\u00e1ticamente al ser detenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su comparecencia ante la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad en el Palacio de San L\u00e1zaro subray\u00f3 que en 73 de los 284 centros penitenciarios del pa\u00eds se han registrado llamadas telef\u00f3nicas extorsivas,\u00a0pero tan solo nueve de ellos, en Jalisco, Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Tamaulipas, concentran 97% de esos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cYo los invito a que legislemos en materia de extorsi\u00f3n y que la preocupaci\u00f3n que ustedes tienen que aqu\u00ed se haga patente con hechos y el hecho es que necesitamos urgentemente hacer delito grave la extorsi\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En su turno, la legisladora panista, <strong>Sara\u00ed N\u00fa\u00f1ez<\/strong>,&nbsp; sostuvo que 60.5% de la poblaci\u00f3n de 18 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s considera la inseguridad como el problema m\u00e1s importante en el pa\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cTenemos miedo se\u00f1ora secretaria, d\u00e9jeme decirles que los datos previstos en el informe no reflejan la realidad nacional; el\u00a0Inegi revel\u00f3 que en 2022, 27.4% de los hogares en M\u00e9xico tuvo al menos a una o uno de sus integrantes como v\u00edctima de un delito, tres de cada diez mexicanos\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La diputada priista <strong>Carolina D\u00e1vila<\/strong> acus\u00f3 a su vez a la funcionaria de manipular cifras:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEl problema de la inseguridad es una realidad que no podemos ocultar.
