{"id":827,"date":"2022-11-15T05:16:11","date_gmt":"2022-11-15T05:16:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=827"},"modified":"2022-11-15T05:16:13","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T05:16:13","slug":"inhabilita-jueza-a-layda-sansores-para-difundir-informacion-contra-alito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2022\/11\/15\/inhabilita-jueza-a-layda-sansores-para-difundir-informacion-contra-alito\/","title":{"rendered":"INHABILITA JUEZA A LAYDA SANSORES PARA DIFUNDIR INFORMACI\u00d3N CONTRA &#8216;ALITO&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La jueza federal\u00a0<strong>Blanca Lobo Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>\u00a0otorg\u00f3 una suspensi\u00f3n definitiva al\u00a0<strong>l\u00edder nacional del PRI, Alejandro Moreno, alias\u00a0<em>Alito<\/em><\/strong>, y orden\u00f3 a la\u00a0<strong>gobernadora de Campeche, Layda Sansores<\/strong>\u00a0a no difundir m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el dirigente partidista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su resoluci\u00f3n, la titular del D\u00e9cimo Segundo Juzgado de Distrito en Materia Administrativa orden\u00f3 a la mandataria campechana\u00a0<strong>abstenerse de difundir informaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y realizar declaraciones contra del dirigente nacional del partido tricolor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva en favor de&nbsp;<strong>Moreno C\u00e1rdenas<\/strong>, la jueza Lobo Dom\u00ednguez mandat\u00f3, a las autoridades del gobierno del estado de Campeche, realizar todas las gestiones administrativas y t\u00e9cnicas para eliminar de internet y redes sociales todo el&nbsp;<strong>contenido en donde Sansores menciona o exhibe al exgobernador.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que con la protecci\u00f3n de la justicia federal al quejoso\u00a0<strong>no se causa una afectaci\u00f3n mayor a la sociedad<\/strong>\u00a0o a disposiciones de orden p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYa que el efecto de la medida cautelar implicar\u00eda el que las autoridades responsables se abstengan de continuar realizando publicaciones de la naturaleza de las controvertidas por el quejoso, as\u00ed como que lleven a cabo los actos necesarios para\u00a0<strong>eliminar de Internet y de redes sociales las publicaciones reclamadas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que se traduce en que \u00fanicamente la informaci\u00f3n, las manifestaciones, declaraciones y comentarios de las responsables en los t\u00e9rminos reclamados dejen de hacerse p\u00fablicos\u201d, resolvi\u00f3 la jueza&nbsp;<strong>Lobo Dom\u00ednguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jueza federal administrativa precis\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong>Moreno C\u00e1rdenas tiene car\u00e1cter de figura p\u00fablica<\/strong>, al ser diputado federal y dirigente del PRI, lo que lo somete voluntariamente al riesgo de que sus actividades o su vida privada sean objeto de mayor difusi\u00f3n, a la opini\u00f3n y cr\u00edtica de terceros, por lo que la suspensi\u00f3n no implica a la Informaci\u00f3n que ya circula en Internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El amparo promovido por\u00a0<strong><em>Alito\u00a0<\/em>Moreno<\/strong>\u00a0estuvo derivado de la presentaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n en su contra el 4 de octubre pasado, en el programa \u201cEl Martes del Jaguar\u201d, de la gobernadora Sansores, en donde se transmitieron im\u00e1genes con su nombre y fotograf\u00eda y simulando una conversaci\u00f3n en la\u00a0<strong>plataforma de WhatsApp.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la gobernadora de Campeche, en las conversaciones se revel\u00f3 que el l\u00edder del PRI regal\u00f3 autom\u00f3viles a sus empleados por seguir sus \u00f3rdenes, al igual que temas de las brigadas para las elecciones 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreno solicit\u00f3 la protecci\u00f3n de la justicia federal para que no se vuelvan a difundir audios, fotograf\u00edas o conversaciones escritas clasificadas como privadas, por parte de la mandataria campechana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La jueza federal\u00a0Blanca Lobo Dom\u00ednguez\u00a0otorg\u00f3 una suspensi\u00f3n definitiva al\u00a0l\u00edder nacional del PRI, Alejandro Moreno, alias\u00a0Alito, y orden\u00f3 a la\u00a0gobernadora de Campeche, Layda Sansores\u00a0a no difundir m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre el dirigente partidista.
