{"id":7946,"date":"2023-11-06T04:54:06","date_gmt":"2023-11-06T04:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=7946"},"modified":"2023-11-06T04:54:08","modified_gmt":"2023-11-06T04:54:08","slug":"acepta-mexico-investigar-a-empresa-en-tamaulipas-por-negar-derechos-laborales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/11\/06\/acepta-mexico-investigar-a-empresa-en-tamaulipas-por-negar-derechos-laborales\/","title":{"rendered":"Acepta M\u00e9xico investigar a empresa en Tamaulipas por negar derechos laborales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Las secretar\u00edas de Econom\u00eda y la del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social admitieron una solicitud de revisi\u00f3n presentada por el gobierno de Estados Unidos al amparo del Mecanismo Laboral de Respuesta R\u00e1pida sobre una<strong> presunta denegaci\u00f3n de derechos laborales en la firma Tecnolog\u00eda Modificada<\/strong>, ubicada en Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un comunicado, las autoridades federales detallaron que la Oficina del Representante Comercial de la administraci\u00f3n de Joe Biden present\u00f3 una solicitud de revisi\u00f3n el 26 de octubre respecto a una supuesta denegaci\u00f3n a la libertad de <strong>asociaci\u00f3n y negociaci\u00f3n colectiva<\/strong> en dicha empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de presentarse esta solicitud, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo cuenta con un plazo de 37 d\u00edas para conducir una revisi\u00f3n interna para determinar la existencia o no de una denegaci\u00f3n de derechos a la libertad de asociaci\u00f3n y negociaci\u00f3n colectiva en la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de M\u00e9xico reiter\u00f3 su compromiso en aplicar en forma efectiva la legislaci\u00f3n laboral, as\u00ed como las disposiciones en la materia establecidas en el T-MEC, garantizando el cumplimiento y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos colectivos de las personas trabajadoras del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 2 de noviembre, tambi\u00e9n las secretar\u00edas admitieron revisar una <strong>supuesta denegaci\u00f3n de derechos de libertad de asociaci\u00f3n y negociaci\u00f3n colectiva <\/strong>en una planta de la empresa china Asiaway Automotive Components M\u00e9xico (Asiaway Automotive), ubicada en San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que va del a\u00f1o, el gobierno estadunidense ha utilizado el MLRR contra empresas mexicanas al menos 14 veces, ya que la representante comercial de Estados Unidos, Katherine Tai, ha resaltado que la administraci\u00f3n de Joe Biden ayudar\u00e1 a que se respeten los derechos de los trabajadores de la regi\u00f3n de Norteam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cLa libertad de asociaci\u00f3n y la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva son pilares fundamentales del T-MEC y de la reforma laboral de M\u00e9xico.
