{"id":7749,"date":"2023-10-27T05:12:22","date_gmt":"2023-10-27T05:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=7749"},"modified":"2023-10-27T05:12:25","modified_gmt":"2023-10-27T05:12:25","slug":"van-reynosa-y-matamoros-por-aumento-al-predial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/10\/27\/van-reynosa-y-matamoros-por-aumento-al-predial\/","title":{"rendered":"VAN REYNOSA Y MATAMOROS POR AUMENTO AL PREDIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Los municipios de Matamoros y Reynosa buscan que el Congreso de Tamaulipas les apruebe un incremento el 10% y el 5% en las tablas catastrales para el 2024, lo que significar\u00eda un aumento en las tarifas del Predial para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Finanzas, Planeaci\u00f3n, Presupuesto y Deuda P\u00fablica, y de Asuntos Municipales, dictamin\u00f3 los valores catastrales de predios urbanos, suburbanos, centros de poblaci\u00f3n de origen ejidal, congregaciones y dem\u00e1s localidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed como predios r\u00fasticos de los municipios de Aldama, Antiguo Morelos, Burgos, Camargo, Llera, Mainero, Matamoros, Nuevo Morelos, Ocampo, Reynosa, San Carlos, Soto La Marina, Tampico y Villagr\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de los municipios de Aldama y Ocampo, que las presentaron con fallas, uno de manera extempor\u00e1nea y el segundo sin el acta de acuerdo de Cabildo, se acord\u00f3 ratificar las aprobadas para este ejercicio fiscal y aplicarlas el 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que para Antiguo Morelos, Burgos, Camargo, Llera, Mainero, Nuevo Morelos, San Carlos, Soto La Marina, Tampico y Villagr\u00e1n, que no presentaron propuesta, se ratific\u00f3 que se aplique la vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asistieron el tesorero de Matamoros, Arnoldo Garc\u00eda Lartigue, el Director de Catastro, Salvador Valles Guti\u00e9rrez y Manuel Arizpe, de la tesorer\u00eda, para justificar la actualizaci\u00f3n del 10 por ciento en incremento para el 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs importante una actualizaci\u00f3n en los valores catastrales en general dentro del padr\u00f3n, lo que generar\u00e1 un valor agregado a cada una de las zonas que la conforman y por ende un crecimiento en el valor de la propiedad de los ciudadanos\u201d, se\u00f1alaron los funcionarios de Matamoros, quienes agregaron que el plan es aumentar cada a\u00f1o los valores catastrales de manera gradual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe acord\u00f3 ir actualizando gradualmente un 10 por ciento a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o esta tabla de valores\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aseguraron que con esto se busca que el gobierno municipal que encabeza Mario L\u00f3pez Hern\u00e1ndez, tenga m\u00e1s recursos para realizar obras y mejorar el alumbrado p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que por Reynosa, que propone un incremento del 5 por ciento, asistieron Esmeralda Chimal Navarrete, Secretaria de Finanzas y Tesorer\u00eda, N\u00e9stor Gonz\u00e1lez, Director de Predial y Catastro y Federico Soto, Director de Contabilidad y Presupuesto, adem\u00e1s de Daniel Cavazos de Predial y Catastro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los diputados aprobaron que en el caso de Matamoros y Reynosa, sea en una sesi\u00f3n posterior cuando se analice y dictamine las propuestas de incremento planteadas por dichos Ayuntamientos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los municipios de Matamoros y Reynosa buscan que el Congreso de Tamaulipas les apruebe un incremento el 10% y el 5% en las tablas catastrales para el 2024, lo que significar\u00eda un aumento en las tarifas del Predial para la poblaci\u00f3n.
