El pr\u00f3ximo mes de noviembre inicia la etapa de precampa\u00f1as del proceso electoral concurrente 2023-2024<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 el consejero presidente del INE en Tamaulipas, Sergio Iv\u00e1n Ruiz Castellot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cEn esta etapa no se registran precandidatos ante el INE, sino ante sus propios partidos pol\u00edticos, porque es una cuesti\u00f3n interna y el INE regula en lo general pero no en lo particular<\/strong>\u201d, dijo la autoridad estatal del Instituto.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Por lo tanto, expuso, corresponder\u00e1 a los partidos hacer las determinaciones <\/strong>que considere y ya despu\u00e9s tocar\u00e1 al Instituto Nacional Electoral ver qui\u00e9nes ser\u00e1n <\/strong>los candidatos oficiales <\/strong>que se habr\u00e1n de registrar el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o ante los Consejos Distritales o ante el Consejo Local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYa en estos d\u00edas los partidos tienen que, incluso, decirle al INE c\u00f3mo va a ser la designaci\u00f3n de sus candidatos<\/strong>; a nivel nacional ellos entregan una metodolog\u00eda de c\u00f3mo van a designar a quienes habr\u00e1n de participar en el proceso electoral\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Sergio Iv\u00e1n Ruiz se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ya est\u00e1n los tiempos corriendo y los partidos deben cumplir esta obligaci\u00f3n ante la autoridad electoral a nivel central, conforme lo marca la ley. \u201cDe hecho ya la mayor\u00eda sabe c\u00f3mo va a elegir\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partidos deben comprobar recursos <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En el tema de la fiscalizaci\u00f3n <\/strong>de precandidaturas, Ruiz Castellot destac\u00f3 que los partidos pol\u00edticos tienen que reportarle al INE la comprobaci\u00f3n de gastos de precampa\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cUna cosa es que sea la vida interna del partido la determinaci\u00f3n de candidatos y otra es que no hagan comprobaci\u00f3n de los recursos ejercidos, s\u00ed la tienen que entregar por ley\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Explic\u00f3 que los institutos pol\u00edticos tienen la obligaci\u00f3n constitucional de rendir cuentas de su financiamiento<\/strong>, y, a su vez, los precandidatos y candidatos tienen el deber ante su partido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

\u201cS\u00ed les fiscalizamos las diferentes actividades, independientemente de lo que est\u00e9n haciendo, porque es parte de ver que el gasto reportado coincida con lo que est\u00e1 capturado en el sistema\u201d, finaliz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo comienzan las precampa\u00f1as en Tamaulipas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El Consejo General del INE modific\u00f3 las fechas de inicio y conclusi\u00f3n del periodo de precampa\u00f1as, las cuales ser\u00e1n del 20 de noviembre de 2023 al 18 de enero de 2024<\/strong>, en acatamiento a una sentencia de la Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (Tepjf).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
