dejar\u00e1 de ser \u201cmarido y mujer\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Pleno del Senado aprob\u00f3 una reforma al C\u00f3digo Civil Federal <strong>para cambiar en su redacci\u00f3n los t\u00e9rminos \u201cmarido y mujer\u201d por el de \u201cc\u00f3nyuges\u201d<\/strong>, en los apartados de esa norma que se refieren a las obligaciones emanadas del matrimonio.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dictamen, que se aprob\u00f3 por 67 votos a favor y que fue turnado a la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, modifica los art\u00edculos 168, 172, 177, 216, 217 y 218 del C\u00f3digo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el documento se destaca que, si bien, <strong>en la mitad del Siglo XIX s\u00f3lo se pod\u00eda efectuar un matrimonio entre un hombre y una mujer<\/strong>, esto ha cambiado en la actualidad, pues varias entidades del pa\u00eds ya permiten la uni\u00f3n conyugal a las parejas del mismo sexo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, argumentaron, la redacci\u00f3n en el C\u00f3digo Civil Federal que menciona a \u201chombre y mujer\u201d cuando se refiere a personas que contraen matrimonio<strong>, incurre en una discriminaci\u00f3n a las parejas del mismo sexo <\/strong>y las deja legalmente indefensas ante futuros inconvenientes.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cEl marco jur\u00eddico existente debe ofrecer una protecci\u00f3n adecuada contra cualquier tipo de pr\u00e1ctica discriminatoria, de este modo garantizamos el respeto a todas las personas y damos cumplimiento a los principios de igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n, los cuales son b\u00e1sicos en las normas internacionales de derechos humanos\u201d<\/em>, dice el dictamen aprobado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, concluyeron que toda persona debe tener acceso, en igualdad de condiciones, a la m\u00e1xima protecci\u00f3n, trato ante la ley y acceso a la justicia,<strong> disfrutando de todos los derechos humanos que nuestra Constituci\u00f3n nos otorga.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Pleno del Senado aprob\u00f3 una reforma al C\u00f3digo Civil Federal para cambiar en su redacci\u00f3n los t\u00e9rminos \u201cmarido y mujer\u201d por el de \u201cc\u00f3nyuges\u201d, en los apartados de esa norma que se refieren a las obligaciones emanadas del matrimonio.\u00a0 El dictamen, que se aprob\u00f3 por 67 votos a favor y que fue turnado a [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":7153,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7163","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-nacional"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Aprueba Senado reforma al C\u00f3digo Civil Federal;
