procedimiento contra trabajadores del INE por irregularidades"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En su informe semestral, <strong>el \u00d3rgano Interno de Control del INE,<\/strong> da cuenta del inicio de procedimientos administrativos contra servidores p\u00fablicos del Instituto, por presuntas irregularidades en el contrato de arrendamiento del parque vehicular del instituto (2019) <strong>por un monto de 1 mil 37 millones de pesos,<\/strong> luego de cuatro a\u00f1os de litigios.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Litigios que resultaron por la nulidad total de la partida que determin\u00f3 el OIC, \u00f3rgano que, por cierto, <strong>estar\u00e1 ac\u00e9falo a partir de este 15 de septiembre.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 13 de septiembre, luego de aceptar incorporarse al gabinete de la gobernadora del Estado de M\u00e9xico, Delfina G\u00f3mez, Jes\u00fas George Zamora, renunci\u00f3 a su cargo como titular del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control del Instituto a partir del 15 de septiembre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de su renuncia, entreg\u00f3 el informe semestral de esa \u00e1rea, a fin de que sea subido a consejo general, probablemente el 20 de septiembre pr\u00f3ximo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el documento, se da cuenta de la decisi\u00f3n del pasado 20 de junio, en el que<strong> se iniciaron los procedimientos contra los servidores p\u00fablicos<\/strong> que participaron en la licitaci\u00f3n que dio como ganadora a la empresa Lumo, cuyo contrato, luego de la nulidad del OIC, fue prorrogado hasta el 31 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o, por la direcci\u00f3n de administraci\u00f3n del INE de la integraci\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2019, cuando se llev\u00f3 a cabo la licitaci\u00f3n, el director de administraci\u00f3n del INE era<strong> Bogart Montiel<\/strong> <strong>Reyna,<\/strong> quien renunci\u00f3 en diciembre de 2020 al cargo, luego de otro esc\u00e1ndalo por 105 millones de pesos para la adjudicaci\u00f3n directa de servicios plurianuales de <em>\u201cbanquetes, taquizas y parrilladas\u201d,<\/em> en el que el OIC detect\u00f3 un <em>\u201cmal c\u00e1lculo econ\u00f3mico\u201d<\/em>, que beneficiaba a la empresa adjudicada \u201cEl mundo es tuyo, S.A. de C.V.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En su informe semestral, el
