{"id":6428,"date":"2023-09-06T05:08:45","date_gmt":"2023-09-06T05:08:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=6428"},"modified":"2023-09-06T05:08:46","modified_gmt":"2023-09-06T05:08:46","slug":"guardia-nacional-detiene-a-conductor-con-64-mil-litros-de-combustible-ilegal-en-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/09\/06\/guardia-nacional-detiene-a-conductor-con-64-mil-litros-de-combustible-ilegal-en-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"Guardia Nacional detiene a conductor con 64 mil litros de combustible ilegal en Tamaulipas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Durante una operaci\u00f3n de patrullaje en la carretera Ciudad Victoria-Tamaulipas, efectivos de la Guardia Nacional (GN) interceptaron a un tractocami\u00f3n que transportaba alrededor de 64 mil litros de hidrocarburo, sin contar con la documentaci\u00f3n que respaldara su procedencia legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El veh\u00edculo, que presentaba vidrios polarizados limitando la visibilidad, fue detenido cerca del kil\u00f3metro 068+600, en el municipio de Padilla.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debido a la violaci\u00f3n al Reglamento de Tr\u00e1nsito, se marc\u00f3 el alto al conductor para inspeccionar la unidad y aplicar la sanci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El personal de la Guardia Nacional solicit\u00f3 al operador del tr\u00e1iler la documentaci\u00f3n pertinente sobre el combustible que llevaba. Al no poder comprobar su origen legal, el conductor fue puesto bajo detenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actuando conforme a los protocolos, se ley\u00f3 al detenido la Cartilla de Derechos que Asisten a las Personas en Detenci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, fue registrado en el Registro Nacional de Detenciones y, junto con el veh\u00edculo y el hidrocarburo incautado, fue entregado a la Agencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n en Tamaulipas para las diligencias de ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Guardia Nacional reitera su determinaci\u00f3n de trabajar en protecci\u00f3n del patrimonio nacional, siempre en estricta observancia de la ley y con un firme compromiso hacia el respeto de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante una operaci\u00f3n de patrullaje en la carretera Ciudad Victoria-Tamaulipas, efectivos de la Guardia Nacional (GN) interceptaron a un tractocami\u00f3n que transportaba alrededor de 64 mil litros de hidrocarburo, sin contar con la documentaci\u00f3n que respaldara su procedencia legal.
