{"id":5418,"date":"2023-07-21T05:21:53","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T05:21:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=5418"},"modified":"2023-07-21T05:21:54","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T05:21:54","slug":"exige-segob-mas-castigo-y-menos-impunidad-a-fgr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/07\/21\/exige-segob-mas-castigo-y-menos-impunidad-a-fgr\/","title":{"rendered":"Exige Segob &#8216;m\u00e1s castigo y menos impunidad&#8217; a FGR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>M\u00e1s que aumentar las penas y hacer m\u00e1s diagn\u00f3sticos, <strong>la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) debe aplicar la ley, <\/strong>castigar el delito y abatir la impunidad, <strong>demand\u00f3 la secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al estrenarse ayer en un evento p\u00fablico con el gabinete de seguridad, la funcionaria subray\u00f3 que \u201cya no se requieren m\u00e1s diagn\u00f3sticos\u201d ni \u201cm\u00e1s aumento de penas\u201d, sino \u201cque se aplique la ley y se procese a los delincuentes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al clausurar la 28A Asamblea Plenaria de la <strong>Conferencia Nacional de Secretarias y Secretarios de Seguridad P\u00fablica, en San Luis Potos\u00ed<\/strong>, expuso que \u201ctenemos que combatir la impunidad, garantizar que quien cometa un delito sea castigado\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no asisti\u00f3 el fiscal <strong>Alejandro Gertz<\/strong>, la funcionaria dijo ante quien acudi\u00f3 en su representaci\u00f3n \u2013<strong>Germ\u00e1n Adolfo Castillo, titular de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional<\/strong>\u2013 que \u201cla estrategia de incrementar penas en el <strong>C\u00f3digo Penal<\/strong> no es tan eficaz como el hecho de que garanticemos que cuando se comete un delito haya justicia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante los titulares de Seguridad,<strong> Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez; de la Marina, Rafael Ojeda, y representantes de la Defensa Nacional y de la Guardia Nacional,<\/strong> Alcalde Luj\u00e1n plante\u00f3 que \u201cno solamente que los infractores sean detenidos, sino que sean debidamente puestos a disposici\u00f3n, sean procesados y sean sentenciados\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Advirti\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds entrar\u00e1 a una din\u00e1mica pol\u00edtico-electoral, por lo quellam\u00f3 al gabinete de seguridad a no \u201ccondicionar su actuaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el evento estuvo presente el gobernador del estado, <strong>Ricardo Gallardo Cardona \u2013postulado por el PVEM y el PT\u2013<\/strong>, quien en un evento p\u00fablico el pasado 30 de junio asegur\u00f3: \u201cA m\u00ed me gusta la sangre, ver arder el mundo, lo hemos hecho toda la vida\u201d, en respuesta a las cr\u00edticas de algunos medios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su turno, la secretaria de Seguridad,<strong> Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, dijo que en la lucha contra la delincuencia \u201cno caben los colores\u201d de partidos, y que \u201cla estrategia funciona, hay resultados y vamos por buen camino\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Insisti\u00f3 en que \u201clos esfuerzos han permitido <strong>reducir la incidencia delictiva<\/strong>, sobre todo el <strong>homicidio en 17 por ciento, el secuestro en 73.9 por ciento, el robo total, 25.8 por ciento<\/strong>, el robo de veh\u00edculo, 45.7 por ciento y el feminicidio en 19 por ciento\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por eso, llam\u00f3 a \u201cprivilegiar la pol\u00edtica de cero impunidad, cero corrupci\u00f3n y cero complicidad con absoluto respeto a los derechos humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1s que aumentar las penas y hacer m\u00e1s diagn\u00f3sticos, la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) debe aplicar la ley, castigar el delito y abatir la impunidad, demand\u00f3 la secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n, Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde.
