{"id":533,"date":"2022-10-31T04:56:13","date_gmt":"2022-10-31T04:56:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=533"},"modified":"2022-10-31T04:56:15","modified_gmt":"2022-10-31T04:56:15","slug":"pide-cndh-transformar-al-ine-le-acusa-de-sabotear-la-voluntad-del-pueblo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2022\/10\/31\/pide-cndh-transformar-al-ine-le-acusa-de-sabotear-la-voluntad-del-pueblo\/","title":{"rendered":"PIDE CNDH TRANSFORMAR AL INE; LE ACUSA DE SABOTEAR LA &#8216;VOLUNTAD DEL PUEBLO&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH) emiti\u00f3 una recomendaci\u00f3n mediante la cual exhorta a los legisladores de la Rep\u00fablica a que aprueben una reforma en materia electoral que, entre otros objetivos,&nbsp;<strong>transforme al Instituto Nacional Electoral<\/strong>&nbsp;(INE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado publicado este domingo, la Comisi\u00f3n compar\u00f3 el actuar del INE con el del extinto Instituto Federal Electoral (IFE) y de la otrora&nbsp;<strong>Comisi\u00f3n Federal Electoral<\/strong>&nbsp;(CFE), calific\u00e1ndolos a todos como \u201c\u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos \u00fanicamente de nombre, instrumentos parciales, de&nbsp;<strong>sabotaje de la voluntad del pueblo<\/strong>, que s\u00f3lo han servido para el mantenimiento de vicios que por a\u00f1os, si no es que por siglos, han manchado nuestros&nbsp;<strong>procesos electorales<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se anunci\u00f3 la reciente publicaci\u00f3n de la Recomendaci\u00f3n General 46\/2022, en la cual piden al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n \u201cefectuar las modificaciones que garanticen el derecho pleno a la democracia del pueblo mexicano, en el sentido de fortalecer nuestra\u00a0<strong>democracia<\/strong>\u00a0formal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n recomend\u00f3 a los legisladores que el&nbsp;<strong>nuevo \u00f3rgano electoral<\/strong>&nbsp;sea \u201crealmente aut\u00f3nomo de cualquier poder, constituido o f\u00e1ctico, legal o supralegal, que asegure la transparencia del proceso electoral y el recuento efectivo de votos, con plena certeza para la ciudadan\u00eda, que elimine por completo el control gubernamental y la prevalencia de los&nbsp;<strong>intereses partidistas<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n les solicit\u00f3 que recojan \u201clas expectativas ciudadanas actuales, y construyan una reforma que otorgue certeza sobre la\u00a0<strong>organizaci\u00f3n de las elecciones<\/strong>, sobre la imparcialidad del \u00f3rgano encargado de contar los votos y sobre la designaci\u00f3n de sus integrantes, de manera insospechable de intereses partidistas o faccionales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su comunicado, la CNDH tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 que, en d\u00edas recientes \u201cfue objeto de comentarios descalificatorios\u201d por parte del titular del INE, Lorenzo C\u00f3rdova, \u201ccomo un pretexto para argumentar la inamovilidad de ese instituto\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFrente a ello, hacemos un llamado a la responsabilidad y a la autocr\u00edtica, y para que en lugar de&nbsp;<strong>guerras sucias se aliente una discusi\u00f3n honesta del tema&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>electoral<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong>&nbsp;m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de intereses inconfesables y prejuicios, que nos permita recuperar la confianza en las&nbsp;<strong>instituciones<\/strong>, transform\u00e1ndolas, a efecto de que sean lo que no han sido: instrumentos reales al servicio de la voluntad y los intereses del pueblo\u201d, recalc\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH) emiti\u00f3 una recomendaci\u00f3n mediante la cual exhorta a los legisladores de la Rep\u00fablica a que aprueben una reforma en materia electoral que, entre otros objetivos,&nbsp;transforme al Instituto Nacional Electoral&nbsp;(INE).
