{"id":5208,"date":"2023-07-12T05:09:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T05:09:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=5208"},"modified":"2023-07-12T05:09:58","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T05:09:58","slug":"vacia-sequia-cuencas-y-presas-en-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/07\/12\/vacia-sequia-cuencas-y-presas-en-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"Vac\u00eda sequ\u00eda cuencas y presas en Tamaulipas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ante el severo estiaje y las temperaturas extremas que se han prolongado en\u00a0<strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong>, las seis cuencas, el sistema lagunario del sur del Estado y acu\u00edferos se vaciaron y han comprometido el\u00a0<strong>abasto para el consumo humano<\/strong>\u00a0de poco m\u00e1s de la mitad de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el \u00faltimo reporte de la&nbsp;<strong>situaci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica<\/strong>&nbsp;de la entidad, la Secretar\u00eda de Recursos Hidr\u00e1ulicos advirti\u00f3 de la&nbsp;<strong>escasez de lluvias<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la dependencia, Ra\u00fal Quiroga,&nbsp;dijo que la&nbsp;<strong>cuenca del R\u00edo Bravo<\/strong>&nbsp;alcanza \u00abmuy apenas\u00bb un nivel de 18 mil\u00edmetros, por debajo de la media que asciende a 115.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quiroga alert\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s se registraron temperaturas de 40 a 55 grados cent\u00edgrados en un per\u00edodo de 12 d\u00edas, lo que tambi\u00e9n afect\u00f3 el nivel de almacenamiento de las\u00a0<strong>Presas Internacionales La Amistad y Falc\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta Cuenca abastecen a Nuevo Laredo, Guerrero, Mier, Miguel Alem\u00e1n, Camargo, D\u00edaz Ordaz, Reynosa, R\u00edo Bravo, Valle Hermoso y Matamoros, la cual por sus condiciones de sequ\u00eda fueron declaradas en color rojo dentro del sem\u00e1foro para el&nbsp;<strong>cuidado del agua<\/strong>&nbsp;que es la m\u00e1xima alerta y restricciones en el uso del vital l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situaci\u00f3n de crisis por la&nbsp;<strong>escasez del agua<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n ocurre en la<strong>&nbsp;cuenca del R\u00edo Fernando<\/strong>, luego de que el balance hidr\u00e1ulico indica que el acu\u00edfero M\u00e9ndez-San Fernando, no ha recibido recarga por la ausencia de lluvias y temperaturas extremas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La<strong>&nbsp;cuenca R\u00edo Soto la Marina<\/strong>&nbsp;para el abasto de Aldama y Ciudad Victoria vive una emergencia luego de que la Presa Vicente Guerrero disminuy\u00f3 el nivel de almacenamiento hasta 12 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAunque se espera puedan ocurrir importantes lluvias en este mes\u00bb, previ\u00f3 el Secretario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que corresponde al diagn\u00f3stico de la situaci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica que enfrenta la&nbsp;<strong>cuenca del R\u00edo Guayalejo<\/strong>, reportaron que los escurrimientos para recargar las fuentes de agua del arroyo para el abasto de Gonz\u00e1lez son insuficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo al sem\u00e1foro del cuidado del agua que comenz\u00f3 recientemente, por primera ocasi\u00f3n ha colocado a los municipios del sur en color amarillo, derivado del descenso a 117 cent\u00edmetros del Sistema Lagunario, el mes pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLas fuentes superficiales y subterr\u00e1neas en la cuenca alta y media est\u00e1n en situaci\u00f3n comprometida, debido a que en los \u00faltimos 7 a\u00f1os, y lo que va del 2023, no se han generado suficientes escurrimientos (avenidas ordinarias), por ello continuar\u00e1n en esta regi\u00f3n en amarillo Antiguo Morelos, G\u00f3mez Far\u00edas, Jaumave, Llera, Nuevo Morelos, Ocampo, Palmillas y Xicot\u00e9ncatl\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la<strong>&nbsp;cuenca del Altiplano<\/strong>, una de las regiones del semidesierto de Tamaulipas se vive una situaci\u00f3n cr\u00edtica debido al estiaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bustamante, Miquihuaba, y Tula que integran dicha regi\u00f3n, se \u00abpintaron\u00bb de color rojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEl abastecimiento de agua para los diferentes usos est\u00e1 sustentado en aguas subterr\u00e1neas, mismas que por la escasa precipitaci\u00f3n, del orden de 400 mm\/a\u00f1o, aunado a la sequ\u00eda de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y la creciente demanda para uso agr\u00edcola, ha generado alarmantes descensos en los niveles del agua subterr\u00e1nea en un rango promedio de 50 cm\/a\u00f1o en los \u00faltimos 11 a\u00f1os\u00bb, manifest\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n de la actualizaci\u00f3n del sem\u00e1foro del cuidado del agua, 20 municipios se ubican en color rojo;
