{"id":477,"date":"2022-10-27T03:09:16","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T03:09:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=477"},"modified":"2022-10-27T03:09:18","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T03:09:18","slug":"aprueba-tamaulipas-el-matrimonio-igualitario-es-legal-en-todo-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2022\/10\/27\/aprueba-tamaulipas-el-matrimonio-igualitario-es-legal-en-todo-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBA TAMAULIPAS EL MATRIMONIO IGUALITARIO; ES LEGAL EN TODO M\u00c9XICO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El matrimonio igualitario&nbsp;<strong>ya es legal en todo el pa\u00eds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Congreso de Tamaulipas, la \u00fanica de las 32 entidades donde a\u00fan no estaban permitidas estas uniones,&nbsp;<strong>aprob\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles las reformas correspondientes a su legislaci\u00f3n local<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aprobaci\u00f3n se dio por 23 votos a favor, de diputadas y diputados de Morena, PRI, MC y algunos del PAN, inform\u00f3 el portal\u00a0<em>Elefante Blanco<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Tamaulipas ya tiene matrimonio igualitario\u00a0<\/p><p>Con 23 votos de Morena, PRI, Movimiento Ciudadano y de algunos panistas, el Congreso local aprob\u00f3 \u200bla reforma que permitir\u00e1 el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/5bFMhnXfx5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/t.co\/5bFMhnXfx5<\/a><\/p><p>\u2014 ElefanteBlancoMX (@MxElefante)\u00a0October 26, 2022<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.animalpolitico.com\/suscribete\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La concreci\u00f3n del cambio se dio a pesar de que grupos religiosos hab\u00edan protestado en la sede del Congreso tamaulipeco y un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de que Guerrero\u00a0se convirtiera en el estado 31 en avalar el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pese a este avance,\u00a0<strong>a\u00fan hay entidades donde todav\u00eda se necesita una armonizaci\u00f3n legal<\/strong>, pues el matrimonio igualitario solamente se permite por decreto, como en Chihuahua o en Guanajuato, o bien, por orden judicial, como en Aguascalientes, Chiapas y Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El camino para que las normas de las entidades permitieran el matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo comenz\u00f3 en diciembre de 2009 en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, primera entidad que aprob\u00f3 estas uniones y cuyas reformas entraron en vigor en marzo de 2010 y m\u00e1s adelante fueron validadas por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN),&nbsp;<strong>que las declar\u00f3 constitucionales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde entonces, otras entidades se fueron sumando poco a poco, al tiempo que jueces han concedido amparos que en algunos estados han obligado a las autoridades a reconocer estos matrimonios y los efectos legales derivados de ellos, tras concluir que&nbsp;<strong>impedirlos es contrario a los derechos humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El matrimonio igualitario&nbsp;ya es legal en todo el pa\u00eds.
