Nosotros no somos iguales a los anteriores gobiernos. Entonces, cuando hay un abuso, hay un exceso, cuando se violan derechos humanos, tiene que castigarse a los responsables y ya se inici\u00f3 el proceso para profundizar en la investigaci\u00f3n y ya est\u00e1n a punto de ponerse a disposici\u00f3n los responsables de las autoridades competentes\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los militares est\u00e1n bajo resguardo mientras se analiza la grabaci\u00f3n que se tiene.<\/strong>&nbsp;La Sedena recomienda proceder por el presunto delito de ejecuci\u00f3n extrajudicial contra quienes resulten responsables de los actos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cLa actitud indebida o delitos cometidos por miembros de una instituci\u00f3n no deben encubrirse para no manchar a la instituci\u00f3n\u201d, subray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, dijo, es un principio que comparten el Ejecutivo y los titulares de la Sedena, Luis Cresencio Sandoval Gonz\u00e1lez y de Marina, Jos\u00e9 Rafael Ojeda Dur\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAntes, las masacres se ordenaban desde arriba; la pol\u00edtica, supuestamente de seguridad, la llevaba a cabo Garc\u00eda Luna y era la de \u2018m\u00e1talos en caliente\u2019, era la guerra, a los heridos los remataban y hab\u00eda ajusticiamientos.
