{"id":4145,"date":"2023-05-19T05:24:07","date_gmt":"2023-05-19T05:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=4145"},"modified":"2023-05-19T05:24:08","modified_gmt":"2023-05-19T05:24:08","slug":"declara-amlo-obras-de-su-gobierno-como-seguridad-nacional-e-interes-publico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/05\/19\/declara-amlo-obras-de-su-gobierno-como-seguridad-nacional-e-interes-publico\/","title":{"rendered":"Declara AMLO obras de su gobierno como &#8216;seguridad nacional e inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El presidente <strong>Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/strong> public\u00f3 este jueves un nuevo decreto que declara como de <strong>seguridad nacional<\/strong> e <strong>inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico<\/strong>&nbsp;el <strong>Tren Maya<\/strong>,&nbsp;el <strong>Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec <\/strong>y varios <strong>aeropuertos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Son de seguridad nacional y de <strong>inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico<\/strong> la construcci\u00f3n, funcionamiento, mantenimiento, operaci\u00f3n, infraestructura, los espacios, bienes de inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico, ejecuci\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de la infraestructura de transportes, de servicios y polos de desarrollo para el bienestar y equipo tanto del Tren Maya como del Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec, y los aeropuertos de Palenque, Chiapas; de <strong>Chetumal<\/strong> y de <strong>Tulum<\/strong>, <strong>Quintana Roo<\/strong>, en los t\u00e9rminos expresados en la parte considerativa de este decreto\u201d, se\u00f1ala este nuevo decreto.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Este decreto entr\u00f3 en vigor en el momento de su publicaci\u00f3n en el <strong>DOF<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta nueva acci\u00f3n del gobierno mexicano se da tras la invalidaci\u00f3n por parte de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n de otro decreto presidencial, publicado en noviembre de 2021, en el que se clasificaban de igual manera las obras del gobierno mexicano como un asunto de <strong>seguridad<\/strong> nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue el&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Nacional de Transparencia<\/strong>, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales (Inai) el que present\u00f3 en 2021 la controversia constitucional contra ese primer decreto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador public\u00f3 este jueves un nuevo decreto que declara como de seguridad nacional e inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico&nbsp;el Tren Maya,&nbsp;el Corredor Interoce\u00e1nico del Istmo de Tehuantepec y varios aeropuertos.
