La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n en Tamaulipas<\/strong> identificar\u00e1 qu\u00e9 maestros\u00a0tienen salarios menores a los 16 mil pesos para incrementar sus ingresos, tal como lo anunci\u00f3 el gobierno federal, as\u00ed lo destac\u00f3 su titular, Lucia Aim\u00e9 Castillo Pastor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La funcionaria habl\u00f3 del anuncio presidencial que otorga un incremento salarial de 8.2% de los trabajadores de la educaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s del ejercicio con la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda para garantizar que ning\u00fan maestro gane por debajo de los 16 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPara garantizar y mejorar la base de ingresos para quienes tengan salarios menores a los 16 mil pesos, nosotros haremos el procedimiento para ver quienes est\u00e1n en esta condici\u00f3n y ver como los impact\u00e1remos para garantizar este anuncio\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Dijo que con el anuncio se refrenda el compromiso que tiene el Presidente para darles mayores herramientas y mejores condiciones al magisterio para desempe\u00f1ar su labor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abPorque el maestro y la maestra son piedras angulares del sistema educativo nacional y de Tamaulipas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Cambio de escuela<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sobre los traslados de maestros de un lugar a otro de adscripci\u00f3n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que deben trabajar juntos y equilibrar la necesidad de atenci\u00f3n de llevar el servicio educativo y generar las condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cTenemos que trabajar juntos y en eso estamos, hemos tenido un di\u00e1logo franco y abierto muy positivo, en el que tenemos que buscar equilibrar la necesidad que tenemos de atenci\u00f3n a las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os en muchos municipios del estado y la posibilidad de generar condiciones para que quienes est\u00e1n m\u00e1s cerca puedan ir acerc\u00e1ndose\u201d, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Violencia cerca de escuelas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sobre la violencia en algunos municipios, dijo que en muchas escuelas ha habido una gran actuaci\u00f3n de parte de los docentes, han actualizado protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n y tienen m\u00e1s coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica <\/strong>y se ha hecho m\u00e1s puntual la atenci\u00f3n en lugares donde se llegan a presentar incidentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abHay algo positivo que hab\u00eda que destacar, cuando vivimos procesos como este que acabamos de superar de esta pandemia, nos entregamos a la posibilidad de generar esquema al servicio educativo, hoy d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n sirviendo para garantizar el que se d\u00e9 continuidad a los planes educativos con alternativas h\u00edbridas de atenci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
