Una solicitada por la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en materia de Delincuencia Organizada, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los delitos de delincuencia organizada y operaciones con recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita; mientras dos m\u00e1s que fueron solicitadas por la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Competencial, por defraudaci\u00f3n fiscal equiparada\u201d, detall\u00f3 Godoy Ramos.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un mensaje en video, publicado este lunes en las redes sociales de la FGR, la fiscal indic\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s de los adeudos fiscales, G\u00f3mez Mont est\u00e1 vinculada al desv\u00edo de m\u00e1s de 2 mil 450 millones de pesos del \u00d3rgano Administrativo Desconcentrado de Prevenci\u00f3n y Readaptaci\u00f3n Social (OADPRS), encargado de la administraci\u00f3n de los penales federales, a trav\u00e9s de empresas fantasma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAsimismo, habr\u00eda declarado ingresos menores a los realmente obtenidos en los ejercicios fiscales 2014 y 2016, con lo que habr\u00eda omitido el pago de m\u00e1s de 13 millones de pesos en impuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cEstas conductas son graves. El esquema investigado se articul\u00f3 en torno a contratos por cerca de 2 mil 450 millones de pesos con el \u00f3rgano responsable de los centros penitenciarios federales, recursos destinados a la seguridad del sistema penitenciario del pa\u00eds\u201d, explic\u00f3 la fiscal Godoy Ramos.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las investigaciones de la FGR establecen que G\u00f3mez Mont presuntamente ingres\u00f3 en sus cuentas bancarias personales recursos de procedencia il\u00edcita, producto de un esquema de desv\u00edo y triangulaci\u00f3n de recursos p\u00fablicos del OADPRS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solicitud<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fiscal Godoy Ramos indic\u00f3 que, tras la huida de G\u00f3mez Mont, la FGR solicit\u00f3 en 2025 su detenci\u00f3n provisional con fines de extradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201cDesde que In\u00e9s \u2018N\u2019 huy\u00f3 del pa\u00eds,<\/strong> la Fiscal\u00eda ha actuado para presentarla ante la justicia.
