{"id":3810,"date":"2023-05-01T06:12:28","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T06:12:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=3810"},"modified":"2023-05-01T06:12:30","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T06:12:30","slug":"critica-cupula-empresarial-mexicana-al-congreso-por-aprobar-reformas-de-ley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/05\/01\/critica-cupula-empresarial-mexicana-al-congreso-por-aprobar-reformas-de-ley\/","title":{"rendered":"Critica C\u00fapula empresarial mexicana al Congreso por aprobar reformas de ley"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Consejo Coordinador Empresarial<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>CCE<\/strong>), la c\u00fapula del sector privado de M\u00e9xico, critic\u00f3 este domingo el paquete de iniciativas que se aprobaron en estos d\u00edas en el Congreso al considerar que no se respet\u00f3 el proceso legislativo y que las reformas tendr\u00e1n un impacto social y econ\u00f3mico importante en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Si bien en muchos casos ha existido el \u00e1nimo de\u00a0<strong>cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>coordinaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0por parte de los legisladores de todos los partidos, en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas no se respet\u00f3 el proceso legislativo, pues no se privilegi\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo ni la inclusi\u00f3n de todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas para alcanzar un consenso en temas de trascendencia nacional\u201d, dijo el\u00a0<strong>CCE<\/strong>\u00a0en un\u00a0comunicado.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El organismo se refiri\u00f3 as\u00ed al paquete de reformas aprobadas en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas por el\u00a0<strong>Congreso<\/strong>\u00a0mexicano entre las que destacan las que dan mayores funciones y poder a las\u00a0<strong>Fuerzas Armadas<\/strong>, la desaparici\u00f3n del\u00a0<strong>Instituto de Salud para el Bienestar<\/strong>\u00a0(<strong>Insabi<\/strong>), entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las reformas de diversas leyes tomaron relevancia pues, entre otras, se aprob\u00f3 que las Fuerzas Armadas tengan una l\u00ednea a\u00e9rea, adem\u00e1s del control indefinido del Tren Maya, una de las obras m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticas del gobierno del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, adem\u00e1s de darles los ingresos econ\u00f3micos por turismo, entre otras cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dichas reformas fueron aprobadas el s\u00e1bado por senadores del gobernante&nbsp;<strong>Movimiento de Regeneraci\u00f3n Nacional<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>Morena<\/strong>) y sus aliados, y con la ausencia del bloque opositor que fren\u00f3 la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n del periodo ordinario entre arrebatos, manotazos y golpes ante la falta de acuerdos entre ambos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta situaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a que los senadores de la oposici\u00f3n mantuvieran tomada la tribuna m\u00e1s de 24 horas, lo que llev\u00f3 a que los legisladores oficialistas cambiaran de sede para continuar con la sesi\u00f3n donde finalmente y en menos de cinco horas avalaron m\u00e1s de una decena de reformas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La oposici\u00f3n ha acusado a&nbsp;<strong>Morena<\/strong>, el partido de L\u00f3pez Obrador, de impulsar reformas durante las madrugadas y en \u201c<strong>fast track<\/strong>\u201c, un proceso legislativo en el que la mayor\u00eda acelera las votaciones sin consenso con las dem\u00e1s fuerzas pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este panorama, el&nbsp;<strong>CCE<\/strong>&nbsp;exhort\u00f3 a los legisladores a analizar \u201cpuntualmente todas y cada una de las iniciativas de reforma de manera objetiva, y con sustento en an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnicos y jur\u00eddicos\u201d para no afectar el desarrollo y la competitividad del pa\u00eds, fortalecer el Estado de derecho, generar certidumbre y, principalmente, \u201cpara evitar mayores impactos a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (<strong>PyMEs<\/strong>)\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;Consejo Coordinador Empresarial&nbsp;(CCE), la c\u00fapula del sector privado de M\u00e9xico, critic\u00f3 este domingo el paquete de iniciativas que se aprobaron en estos d\u00edas en el Congreso al considerar que no se respet\u00f3 el proceso legislativo y que las reformas tendr\u00e1n un impacto social y econ\u00f3mico importante en el pa\u00eds.
