{"id":3795,"date":"2023-05-01T06:05:05","date_gmt":"2023-05-01T06:05:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=3795"},"modified":"2023-05-01T06:05:07","modified_gmt":"2023-05-01T06:05:07","slug":"no-hay-moches-en-profeco-como-acusa-segob-ricardo-sheffield","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/05\/01\/no-hay-moches-en-profeco-como-acusa-segob-ricardo-sheffield\/","title":{"rendered":"No hay \u2018moches\u2019 en Profeco como acusa Segob : Ricardo Sheffield"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El procurador Federal del Consumidor,\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Sheffield Padilla,\u00a0<\/strong>neg\u00f3 que exista corrupci\u00f3n en la\u00a0Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor\u00a0(<strong>Profeco<\/strong>), como lo denunci\u00f3 el secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n\u00a0Ad\u00e1n\u00a0Augusto L\u00f3pez Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo hay, no ha habido y no la hay (corrupci\u00f3n)\u2026 a ese comentario le doy una connotaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de&nbsp;<strong>pol\u00edtica interna partidista<\/strong>\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Ricardo Sheffield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n,\u00a0Ad\u00e1n Augusto L\u00f3pez, afirm\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de 11 mil empresarios gasolineros eran extorsionados por funcionarios de la Profeco, quienes les cobraban hasta 25 mil pesos al mes para garantizar su operatividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En entrevista para Canal 14, el funcionario federal confirm\u00f3 que los empleados de\u00a0<strong>Profeco<\/strong>, cuyo titular es el leon\u00e9s\u00a0Ricardo Sheffield, cobraban sistem\u00e1ticamente entre 20 y 25 mil pesos a\u00a0<strong>gasolineras\u00a0<\/strong>de todo el pa\u00eds, llegando a sumar hasta 3 mil millones de pesos al a\u00f1o en pagos ilegales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y aunque \u00e9l\u00a0Secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n\u00a0afirm\u00f3 que los involucrados fueron despedidos de sus cargos, reconoci\u00f3 como una posibilidad que el cobro de este moche, que se conoc\u00eda como \u2018La Vacuna\u2019, podr\u00eda mantenerse en algunas estaciones gasolineras hasta la actualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este s\u00e1bado, el leon\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Sheffield\u00a0<\/strong>rechaz\u00f3 las acusaciones, afirmando que se trat\u00f3 de una investigaci\u00f3n abierta hace un a\u00f1o por la Secretar\u00eda de la Funci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SFP), contra una funcionaria de Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, un funcionario de Monterrey y otros dos de Guanajuato; la cual concluy\u00f3 sin sanciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs de hace un a\u00f1o, en el cual cuatro personas funcionarios de&nbsp;<strong>Profeco<\/strong>, que se sospechaba de su falta de probidad, renunciaron para permitir una investigaci\u00f3n que concluy\u00f3 hace meses en la que no encontraron absolutamente nada. Los cuatro renunciaron, permitieron la investigaci\u00f3n y no se encontr\u00f3 nada. Uno de ellos inclusive pidi\u00f3 reincorporarse y se reincorpor\u00f3\u201d dijo al respecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2018Hay fuego amigo en Morena\u2019: Sheffield<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Y mientras que\u00a0<strong>Ad\u00e1n Augusto L\u00f3pez\u00a0<\/strong>plante\u00f3 la posibilidad de que esos cobros se mantengan en la actualidad, el procurador federal del Consumidor se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las acusaciones se tratan de una pol\u00edtica interna partidista, considerando los tiempos electorales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cYo del \u00fanico que escuch\u00e9 eso fue del Secretario de Gobernaci\u00f3n, que muy probablemente un grupo de gasolineros de esos 560 en n\u00fameros redondos que hemos procesado en la\u00a0<strong>Fiscal\u00eda de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>, fueron a inventar cuentos chinos. Finalmente se investig\u00f3 y se cerr\u00f3 y no se sancion\u00f3 a nadie. No hay (corrupci\u00f3n) no la ha habido, en esta administraci\u00f3n de L\u00f3pez Obrador (&#8230;) Ese comentario le doy una connotaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s de pol\u00edtica interna partidista.
