Le\u00f3n,<\/strong> por presuntamente estar relacionada con la desaparici\u00f3n y posterior muerte de su novio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n de la mujer identificada como <strong>Stephanie \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> tuvo lugar este martes 14 de julio y fue realizada a cargo de personal de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones en colaboraci\u00f3n con autoridades del Estado de M\u00e9xico, de acuerdo con\u00a0<strong>ABC Noticias<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el reporte emitido por las autoridades, fue el 6 de febrero de 2006 cuando se denunci\u00f3 la desaparici\u00f3n de Diego \u201cN\u201d, quien fuera pareja sentimental de Stephanie \u201cN\u201d y quien fue visto por \u00faltima vez el 2 de febrero del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras reportarse su desaparici\u00f3n, las autoridades localizaron su cuerpo sin vida el 18 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los restos de <strong>Diego, de 31 a\u00f1os de edad,<\/strong> fueron encontrados en un terreno bald\u00edo ubicado en la colonia Valle Santa Isabel en el municipio de Ju\u00e1rez, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de ah\u00ed, las autoridades emprendieron una investigaci\u00f3n y este martes consolidaron la detenci\u00f3n de Stephanie \u201cN\u201d para deslindar responsabilidad sobre lo sucedido con su pareja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades le establecieron a Stephanie \u201cN\u201d los delitos de homicidio calificado y delitos vinculados con la desaparici\u00f3n de personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stephanie \u201cN\u201d fue internada en un Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social Femenil Estatal, donde qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez de Control y de Juicio Oral Penal del Estado de Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Nuevo Le\u00f3n inform\u00f3 que al momento de su detenci\u00f3n Stephanie \u201cN\u201d se encontraba acompa\u00f1ada de su hija, una adolescente de 16 a\u00f1os, quien fue resguardada por el personal de la Agencia Estatal de Investigaciones y que quedar\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Adolescentes, donde se va a determinar su situaci\u00f3n
