{"id":36689,"date":"2026-07-13T04:56:47","date_gmt":"2026-07-13T04:56:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=36689"},"modified":"2026-07-13T04:56:48","modified_gmt":"2026-07-13T04:56:48","slug":"anticorrupcion-multa-a-fmf-42-8-mdp-por-violaciones-en-proteccion-de-datos-del-fan-id","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2026\/07\/13\/anticorrupcion-multa-a-fmf-42-8-mdp-por-violaciones-en-proteccion-de-datos-del-fan-id\/","title":{"rendered":"Anticorrupci\u00f3n multa a FMF 42.8 mdp por violaciones en protecci\u00f3n de datos del FAN ID"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno impuso una <strong>multa de 42 millones<\/strong> 849 mil 95 pesos a la <strong>Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Futbol Asociaci\u00f3n<\/strong> (FMF) por incumplimientos a la legislaci\u00f3n en materia de protecci\u00f3n de datos personales relacionados con el sistema <strong>FAN ID<\/strong>, utilizado para el <strong>acceso a los estadios de futbol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la resoluci\u00f3n, la FMF, como responsable del tratamiento de la informaci\u00f3n recabada mediante esta plataforma, incurri\u00f3 en diversas infracciones vinculadas al manejo de <strong>datos biom\u00e9tricos de los aficionados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dependencia determin\u00f3 que la Federaci\u00f3n \u201cno inform\u00f3 adecuadamente a los aficionados que sus datos biom\u00e9tricos ten\u00edan el car\u00e1cter de <strong>datos personales sensibles<\/strong>\u201c, pese a que el sistema recababa fotograf\u00edas para generar el FAN ID. Seg\u00fan la autoridad, esa omisi\u00f3n impidi\u00f3 que los usuarios conocieran el alcance del tratamiento de su informaci\u00f3n y tomaran una decisi\u00f3n plenamente informada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la Secretar\u00eda concluy\u00f3 que la <strong>FMF<\/strong> no obtuvo el consentimiento expreso y por escrito requerido para el tratamiento de datos personales sensibles. En el procedimiento se estableci\u00f3 que la organizaci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente utiliz\u00f3 una casilla de aceptaci\u00f3n en su sitio web, sin recabar <strong>firma aut\u00f3grafa<\/strong>, firma electr\u00f3nica u otro mecanismo que acreditara de forma indudable la autorizaci\u00f3n del titular de los datos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la resoluci\u00f3n se\u00f1ala que la Federaci\u00f3n incumpli\u00f3 los principios de licitud y responsabilidad previstos en la legislaci\u00f3n, al no implementar las medidas necesarias para garantizar el tratamiento adecuado de la informaci\u00f3n personal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda explic\u00f3 que el monto de la sanci\u00f3n fue determinado con base en la <strong>gravedad de las infracciones<\/strong>, el car\u00e1cter sensible de los datos biom\u00e9tricos involucrados y la capacidad econ\u00f3mica de la FMF, considerando su declaraci\u00f3n anual del ejercicio fiscal 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el comunicado, la dependencia se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cla Federaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Futbol cuenta con los medios de defensa previstos en nuestro sistema jur\u00eddico para impugnar la determinaci\u00f3n, si as\u00ed lo considera procedente\u201d.
