Los restantes 583 corresponden a otros estatus procesales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expedientes laborales y carga de trabajo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los procedimientos ordinarios concentraron la mayor carga de trabajo, con 6 mil 419 expedientes. En menor medida se registraron 708 asuntos especiales individuales, 24 colectivos, 384 relacionados con huelgas, 2 mil 660 procedimientos paraprocesales y 171 de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los casos resueltos, 4 mil 025 correspondieron a procedimientos ordinarios, 343 a especiales individuales, 15 colectivos, 112 de huelga, 2 mil 067 paraprocesales, dos de tercer\u00eda y 44 de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prestaciones m\u00e1s reclamadas por trabajadores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al presentar este lunes su Registro Administrativo en Materia de Justicia Laboral Estatal, el Inegi detall\u00f3 que las principales prestaciones reclamadas en los procedimientos ordinarios fueron salarios vencidos, reinstalaci\u00f3n en el empleo e indemnizaci\u00f3n constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reforma laboral y nuevo sistema de justicia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo sistema laboral en Tamaulipas entr\u00f3 en vigor el 3 de octubre de 2022, como parte de la reforma constitucional de 2017 que transform\u00f3 el modelo de justicia laboral en M\u00e9xico, al sustituir las juntas de conciliaci\u00f3n y arbitraje por centros de conciliaci\u00f3n y tribunales laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este cambio, los conflictos laborales deben pasar primero por una etapa de conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria antes de llegar a juicio, con el objetivo de resolver controversias de manera anticipada, reducir la carga de los tribunales y agilizar la impartici\u00f3n de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conciliaci\u00f3n obligatoria en conflictos laborales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La conciliaci\u00f3n previa obligatoria es un procedimiento clave del nuevo modelo, ya que busca que las partes lleguen a acuerdos sin necesidad de un juicio formal; solo en caso de no lograrse un acuerdo, el asunto es turnado a los tribunales laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tribunales laborales en Tamaulipas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la entidad operan ocho tribunales laborales, donde el 75% de las personas juzgadoras son hombres y el 25% mujeres, detall\u00f3 el Inegi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La justicia laboral en Tamaulipas enfrenta un rezago en la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos entre trabajadores y empleadores, de acuerdo con indicadores del Inegi sobre el desempe\u00f1o de los tribunales del ramo.
