{"id":35348,"date":"2026-06-05T04:51:41","date_gmt":"2026-06-05T04:51:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=35348"},"modified":"2026-06-05T04:51:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-05T04:51:42","slug":"jubilados-de-cfe-protestan-en-aeropuerto-por-recorte-a-sus-pensiones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2026\/06\/05\/jubilados-de-cfe-protestan-en-aeropuerto-por-recorte-a-sus-pensiones\/","title":{"rendered":"Jubilados de CFE protestan en aeropuerto por recorte a sus pensiones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un grupo de jubilados de laComisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) realiz\u00f3 una protesta pac\u00edfica este jueves en las instalaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional de Monterrey para manifestarse contra la reforma al art\u00edculo 127, que, aseguran, afect\u00f3 de forma retroactiva sus pensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde cerca de las 10:00 horas se reunieron en la entrada 2 de la terminal a\u00e9rea con el objetivo de expresar su inconformidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los quejosos se\u00f1alaron que el recorte a sus pensiones los afecta severamente, por lo que alzaron la voz y entregaron panfletos a los usuarios del aeropuerto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la protesta tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes extrabajadores de otras paraestatales, como Pemex, Nafin y Banobras, que igualmente forman parte de la Alianza Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afirmaron que reducir una pensi\u00f3n ya otorgada es inconstitucional y que, adem\u00e1s, los vulnera porque la mayor\u00eda depende de esos recursos para cubrir tratamientos m\u00e9dicos y otros compromisos adquiridos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1alaron que la aplicaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo 127, publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) el 10 de abril de 2026, ordena ajustar pensiones que fueron otorgadas hace d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, sostuvieron, viola el art\u00edculo 14 constitucional, que establece que a ninguna ley se dar\u00e1 efecto retroactivo en perjuicio de persona alguna.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un grupo de jubilados de laComisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) realiz\u00f3 una protesta pac\u00edfica este jueves en las instalaciones del Aeropuerto Internacional de Monterrey para manifestarse contra la reforma al art\u00edculo 127, que, aseguran, afect\u00f3 de forma retroactiva sus pensiones.
