Las autoridades de Tamaulipas destuyeron hasta 15 veh\u00edculos con blindaje artesanal<\/strong>, conocidos como \u201cmonstuos\u201d, que fueron decomisados al crimen organizado en la entidad, donde libran una guerra territorial el C\u00e1rtel del Noreste, el C\u00e1rtel del Golfo y el C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el reporte oficial, los veh\u00edculos fueron asegurados entre agosto y septiembre del 2022. El total de las incautaciones sum\u00f3 15<\/strong> unidades <\/strong>que fueron intervenidas para reforzar su estructura met\u00e1lica, aunque no se precis\u00f3 a qu\u00e9 c\u00e1rteles del narco pertenec\u00edan los veh\u00edculos decomisados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La demolici\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos adaptados se realiz\u00f3 en las instalaciones de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) en la ciudad fronteriza de Reynosa, Tamaulipas<\/strong>, luego de que fueran asegurados en diversas acciones por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, la FGR, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional (FECOR), en su delegaci\u00f3n de Tamaulipas, dio cumplimiento al Programa Destino de Bienes y Objetos del Delito, dispuesto en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales, el cual prev\u00e9 la destrucci\u00f3n de los objetos que son instrumentos del delito.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se inform\u00f3 que en las labores de destrucci\u00f3n se cont\u00f3 con la presencia del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Federaci\u00f3n (MPF), quien coordin\u00f3 el evento de identificaci\u00f3n y realiz\u00f3 las diligencias, as\u00ed como autoridades militares, peritos oficiales y personal del \u00d3rgano Interno de Control (OIC) de la FGR, quien verific\u00f3 que el procedimiento se llevara a cabo en los t\u00e9rminos de la norma aplicable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
