A esta cifra se suman otros municipios de la regi\u00f3n fronteriza, donde tambi\u00e9n se realizar\u00e1 el proceso de credencializaci\u00f3n: 26 mil 645 habitantes en Miguel Alem\u00e1n, 7 mil 776 en Ciudad Mier y 3 mil 941 en Ciudad Guerrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previo al inicio del registro, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una capacitaci\u00f3n dirigida al personal que participar\u00e1 en la operaci\u00f3n del programa, principalmente servidores de la salud que estar\u00e1n a cargo de orientar a la poblaci\u00f3n durante el proceso de incorporaci\u00f3n al sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heriberto Cant\u00fa De\u00e1ndar, director de Bienestar Federal regi\u00f3n IV, explic\u00f3 que el registro se realizar\u00e1 mediante m\u00f3dulos que ser\u00e1n instalados en distintos puntos de la ciudad para facilitar el acceso de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEste tr\u00e1mite es muy importante, ya que esta tarjeta ser\u00e1 una identificaci\u00f3n como el INE; acreditar\u00e1 el derecho a la salud de todos los ciudadanos. Los beneficiarios recibir\u00e1n su tarjeta f\u00edsica en un plazo no mayor a 15 d\u00edas y adem\u00e1s contar\u00e1n con una tarjeta digital\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario detall\u00f3 que la convocatoria para el registro se organizar\u00e1 mediante un calendario que tomar\u00e1 en cuenta la edad y el apellido de los solicitantes, iniciando con las personas adultas mayores y avanzando gradualmente hacia los grupos de menor edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La credencial del Servicio Universal de Salud permitir\u00e1 identificar a los beneficiarios dentro del sistema IMSS-Bienestar y estar\u00e1 vinculada a un expediente cl\u00ednico digital, lo que facilitar\u00e1 el seguimiento m\u00e9dico de los pacientes y la programaci\u00f3n de citas en unidades de salud.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e1s de 463 mil habitantes de Nuevo Laredo ser\u00e1n incorporados al proceso de registro y credencializaci\u00f3n del Servicio Universal de Salud del sistema IMSS-Bienestar, un esquema que busca garantizar atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica gratuita y acceso a medicamentos para la poblaci\u00f3n que no cuenta con seguridad social.
