Nuestra Constituci\u00f3n no es un pacto suicida\u201d<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan diversos reportes, Juan Carlos Valencia Gonz\u00e1lez habr\u00eda nacido el 12 de septiembre de 1984 en California, lo que, en principio, le otorgar\u00eda el derecho a la ciudadan\u00eda bajo el criterio de<strong><em>ius soli<\/em><\/strong> (derecho del suelo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u201cEl Pel\u00f3n\u201d, hijastro de \u201cEl Mencho\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl Pel\u00f3n\u201d es hijo de Rosalinda Gonz\u00e1lez Valencia y hijastro de Rub\u00e9n Oseguera Cervantes, conocido como <strong>\u201cEl Mencho\u201d<\/strong>, figura hist\u00f3rica del CJNG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informes recientes lo se\u00f1alan como posible sucesor en la estructura del c\u00e1rtel tras versiones sobre el debilitamiento o ausencia de su padrastro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Departamento de Justicia de Estados Unidos ha indicado previamente que Valencia Gonz\u00e1lez contar\u00eda con <strong>doble nacionalidad<\/strong>, tanto mexicana como estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las declaraciones de Christopher Landau se producen en v\u00edsperas de una audiencia en la Corte Suprema de Estados Unidos, donde se analizar\u00e1n argumentos sobre la <strong>ciudadan\u00eda por nacimiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El caso surge a partir de una orden ejecutiva impulsada por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.excelsior.com.mx\/temas\/donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Donald Trump<\/a>, orientada a restringir este derecho para hijos de personas sin ciudadan\u00eda o residencia legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La propuesta busca modificar la interpretaci\u00f3n de la Enmienda 14, estableciendo que la ciudadan\u00eda no se otorgue autom\u00e1ticamente a todos los nacidos en territorio estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interpretaci\u00f3n constitucional en disputa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con Landau, la Constituci\u00f3n estadounidense establece que la ciudadan\u00eda corresponde a personas nacidas en el pa\u00eds <strong>\u201cy sujetas a su jurisdicci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, lo que, en su interpretaci\u00f3n, excluye a hijos de extranjeros sin v\u00ednculos legales permanentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario argument\u00f3 que este principio evita que la ciudadan\u00eda sea otorgada de forma indiscriminada, defendiendo una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s restrictiva del derecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El se\u00f1alamiento adquiere relevancia en un contexto donde la posible nacionalidad estadounidense de un presunto l\u00edder del C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda tener implicaciones legales, diplom\u00e1ticas y de seguridad bilateral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el debate sobre la ciudadan\u00eda por nacimiento podr\u00eda redefinir uno de los pilares hist\u00f3ricos del sistema migratorio estadounidense.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El exembajador de Estados Unidos en M\u00e9xico, Christopher Landau, actualmente Subsecretario de Estado, cuestion\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente que Juan Carlos Valencia Gonz\u00e1lez, alias \u201cEl Pel\u00f3n\u201d o \u201cEl 03\u201d, tenga ciudadan\u00eda estadounidense, pese a reportes que se\u00f1alan que naci\u00f3 en California.
