Koeltl en la corte federal de Manhattan y acompa\u00f1ado por su abogado Thomas Ambrosio, <em>La Tuta<\/em> se dijo inocente de la acusaci\u00f3n que pesa en su contra. La audiencia de la preparaci\u00f3n de juicio en contra del narcotraficante se hab\u00eda pospuesto por tres meses ante la posibilidad de un acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima audiencia del exl\u00edder de Los Caballeros Templarios est\u00e1 programada para el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>24 de junio<\/strong> y ser\u00eda la de la preparaci\u00f3n del juicio, a menos que los fiscales y la defensa del capo den a conocer que est\u00e1n en v\u00edas de un <strong>acuerdo de culpabilidad<\/strong>, con lo que se reducir\u00eda la condena de <em>La Tuta<\/em> a cambio de brindar informaci\u00f3n al gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta su pr\u00f3xima audiencia, el capo permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n en el <strong>Centro Metropolitano de Detenci\u00f3n de Brooklyn<\/strong>, en Nueva York.
