{"id":31503,"date":"2026-02-20T04:41:47","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T04:41:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=31503"},"modified":"2026-02-20T04:41:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T04:41:49","slug":"protegen-a-mascotas-familiares-en-casos-de-divorcios-o-separacion-en-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2026\/02\/20\/protegen-a-mascotas-familiares-en-casos-de-divorcios-o-separacion-en-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"Protegen a mascotas familiares en casos de divorcios o separaci\u00f3n en Tamaulipas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El <strong>Congreso de Tamaulipas<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 reformas al <strong>C\u00f3digo Civil<\/strong> del estado para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n y el bienestar de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda en procesos de divorcio o separaci\u00f3n, reconoci\u00e9ndolos como parte del n\u00facleo familiar y no solo como bienes materiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las modificaciones legales?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las modificaciones legales contemplan cambios a los art\u00edculos 249, fracci\u00f3n V; 254, fracci\u00f3n V; y la adici\u00f3n de nuevos p\u00e1rrafos a los art\u00edculos 254 y 260, con el objetivo de establecer el derecho de guarda y custodia de las mascotas, as\u00ed como la obligaci\u00f3n de definir un plan de cuidados que asegure su bienestar f\u00edsico y emocional tras la disoluci\u00f3n del v\u00ednculo matrimonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dictamen aprobado deriva de iniciativas presentadas por la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria de <strong>Movimiento Ciudadano<\/strong> y por la <strong>diputada Guillermina Magaly Deandar Robinson<\/strong>, integrante del Grupo Parlamentario de Morena, quienes impulsaron el reconocimiento legal de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda como seres sintientes con necesidades propias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reforma busca evitar que mascotas sean instrumentos de presi\u00f3n, chantaje o violencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la reforma busca evitar que las mascotas sean utilizadas como instrumentos de presi\u00f3n, chantaje o violencia emocional durante los procesos de separaci\u00f3n, una pr\u00e1ctica que, de acuerdo con el dictamen, se ha presentado en distintos conflictos familiares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al fundamentar la propuesta, la <strong>diputada Mayra Benavides Villafranca<\/strong> subray\u00f3 que la legislaci\u00f3n civil debe adaptarse a las nuevas realidades de las familias multiespecie. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que cuando ocurre un divorcio no solo se dividen bienes, sino que tambi\u00e9n se afecta la estabilidad de quienes dependen emocionalmente de la familia, incluidas las mascotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEllos no entienden de conflictos legales ni resentimientos; solo perciben cambios, ausencias y tensiones emocionales\u201d, expres\u00f3 la legisladora al destacar la necesidad de proteger su bienestar.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Las reformas establecen que las personas en proceso de divorcio deber\u00e1n acordar de manera obligatoria los lineamientos de cuidado, responsabilidad y convivencia con los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, en armon\u00eda con los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de bienestar promovidos por la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de Sanidad Animal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se destac\u00f3 que esta medida contribuye a reducir conflictos legales, fomenta una cultura de respeto hacia la vida animal y consolida un marco jur\u00eddico m\u00e1s sensible y acorde con la realidad social de las familias tamaulipecas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso de Tamaulipas aprob\u00f3 reformas al C\u00f3digo Civil del estado para garantizar la protecci\u00f3n y el bienestar de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda en procesos de divorcio o separaci\u00f3n, reconoci\u00e9ndolos como parte del n\u00facleo familiar y no solo como bienes materiales. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son las modificaciones legales?
