{"id":30695,"date":"2026-01-28T05:00:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T05:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=30695"},"modified":"2026-01-28T05:00:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-28T05:00:10","slug":"fgr-afirma-que-accidente-de-tren-interoceanico-fue-por-exceso-de-velocidad-ya-hay-detenciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2026\/01\/28\/fgr-afirma-que-accidente-de-tren-interoceanico-fue-por-exceso-de-velocidad-ya-hay-detenciones\/","title":{"rendered":"FGR afirma que accidente de Tren Interoce\u00e1nico fue por exceso de velocidad; ya hay detenciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El accidente del Tren Interoce\u00e1nico ocurrido el pasado 2 de enero <strong>se registr\u00f3 por la conducci\u00f3n del mismo a exceso de velocidad<\/strong>, ya que al momento del accidente el maquinista<strong> circulaba a 65 kil\u00f3metros por hora cuando el m\u00e1ximo permitido era de 50 kil\u00f3metros por hora,<\/strong> afirm\u00f3 la Fiscal General de la Rep\u00fablica, Ernestina Godoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un mensaje a medios, Godoy Ramos agreg\u00f3 que tras las primeras investigaciones, la FGR decidi\u00f3 <strong>ejercer acci\u00f3n penal por los delitos de homicidio y lesiones culposas<\/strong> en contra del personal que estaba a cargo del tren, por lo que ayer mismo comenzaron las primeras detenciones de los presuntos responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detenidos son ferrocarrileros civiles contratados por la empresa concesionaria del Tren Interoce\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el <strong>Registro Nacional de Detenciones (RND),<\/strong> uno de los detenidos es Felipe de Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, <strong>maquinista de las locomotoras en servicio<\/strong>, quien ser\u00e1 trasladado a la delegaci\u00f3n de la FGR en Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, Chiapas, para rendir su declaraci\u00f3n ministerial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la conferencia, la fiscal Ernestina Godoy tambi\u00e9n dijo que los peritajes sobre las v\u00edas, materiales y estructura ferroviaria,<strong> arrojaron que estas no presentaban ning\u00fan tipo de da\u00f1o previo al accidente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, la obra ferroviaria h<strong>ab\u00eda cumplido con todos los requisitos y normas para poder operar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fiscal dijo que tras la revisi\u00f3n de la caja negra del tren, las autoridades ferroviarias<strong> detectaron que el conductor o maquinista principal excedi\u00f3 las velocidades permitidas de forma recurrente,<\/strong> ya que en algunos tramos rectos el conductor circulaba a 111 kil\u00f3metros por hora, cuando la velocidad m\u00e1xima permitida es de 70 kil\u00f3metros por hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tramos con curvas, <strong>la velocidad del tren era de hasta 65 kil\u00f3metros por hora<\/strong>, cuando el l\u00edmite ordenado por los manuales era de 50 kil\u00f3metros por hora.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El accidente del Tren Interoce\u00e1nico ocurrido el pasado 2 de enero se registr\u00f3 por la conducci\u00f3n del mismo a exceso de velocidad, ya que al momento del accidente el maquinista circulaba a 65 kil\u00f3metros por hora cuando el m\u00e1ximo permitido era de 50 kil\u00f3metros por hora, afirm\u00f3 la Fiscal General de la Rep\u00fablica, Ernestina Godoy.
