La propuesta tampoco contempla a Discovery Global, empresa que controla se\u00f1ales como CNN, TNT y Food Network, las cuales quedan excluidas de la negociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un acuerdo que da mayor certidumbre a los inversionistas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto Netflix como Warner Bros.
