En el marco del informe sobre la Recaudaci\u00f3n Federal Participable (RFP)<\/strong>, Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, ha reafirmado su posici\u00f3n como el nodo log\u00edstico m\u00e1s importante de M\u00e9xico. Seg\u00fan el acuerdo 180\/2025 de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP)<\/strong>, publicado el 22 de diciembre de 2025, esta ciudad fronteriza absorbe casi la mitad de los fondos destinados a municipios comerciales del pa\u00eds. Este logro se debe a su papel crucial en el flujo de mercanc\u00edas de importaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fondo espec\u00edfico: clave del \u00e9xito<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El sustento econ\u00f3mico de Nuevo Laredo proviene del fondo espec\u00edfico del 0.136% de la RFP, dise\u00f1ado para municipios colindantes con fronteras o litorales. Durante noviembre de 2025, este fondo distribuy\u00f3 483,019,057 pesos a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta cantidad, Nuevo Laredo recibi\u00f3 216,456,469 pesos, lo que representa un dominio absoluto en la din\u00e1mica del comercio exterior mexicano. Este fondo es vital para mantener la infraestructura y eficiencia log\u00edstica de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comparativa con otros municipios estrat\u00e9gicos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La magnitud de la relevancia de Nuevo Laredo se evidencia al contrastar sus ingresos con otros puntos estrat\u00e9gicos. Mientras Nuevo Laredo ostenta un coeficiente de participaci\u00f3n del 44.81%, otros municipios fronterizos quedan rezagados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez recibi\u00f3 25.7 millones de pesos (5.33%), y Tijuana apenas 11.9 millones (2.47%). Estos datos subrayan la importancia de Nuevo Laredo en el comercio exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ventaja sobre puertos mar\u00edtimos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Incluso frente a los puertos mar\u00edtimos de mayor calado, la frontera tamaulipeca mantiene una ventaja considerable. El municipio de Veracruz capt\u00f3 22 millones de pesos y Manzanillo, Colima, recibi\u00f3 15.2 millones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estos datos confirman que, en t\u00e9rminos de flujo material de mercanc\u00edas, Nuevo Laredo es el punto de mayor actividad y eficiencia log\u00edstica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Origen de los recursos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El flujo que permite estas transferencias hacia los municipios se origina en una Recaudaci\u00f3n Federal Participable<\/strong> bruta de 361,254.5 millones de pesos obtenida en octubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este monto se apoya principalmente en la captaci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre la Renta (ISR)<\/strong>, con 162,469.9 millones de pesos, y el Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA)<\/strong>, que aport\u00f3 105,227.8 millones.
