Aunque al final el punto de acuerdo con <strong>36 votos<\/strong> a favor contra el magistrado presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia, <strong>David Cerda Z\u00fa\u00f1iga<\/strong> y el fiscal, <strong>Irving Barrios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mujer&nbsp;<strong>Cristan Flores Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong> fue el punto de desencuentro al reclamar la separaci\u00f3n de su hijo, quien se\u00f1ala que fue con enga\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abTen\u00edamos una convivencia normal me lo pidi\u00f3 prestado y ya no lo volv\u00ed a ver y luego hizo un una demanda el 22 de junio del 2022 por la custodia\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u00abRa\u00fal Rodrigo P\u00e9rez Luevano<\/strong>&nbsp;que es el t\u00edo; le ped\u00ed ayuda y dijo que \u00e9l no se va meter, todo est\u00e1 en el juzgado pero hay muchas anomal\u00edas, solo pido que se haga justicia y que me regresen a mi hijo. Espero que la ex diputada Ana Lilia Luevano no est\u00e9 mezclada\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que, <strong>Magaly Deandar<\/strong>, diputada de <strong>Morena <\/strong>acompa\u00f1ada de sus compa\u00f1eros de bancada expuso con lona en Tribuna el exhorto al magistrado presidente del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia, David Cerda Z\u00fa\u00f1iga y al fiscal, Irving Barrios Mojica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto con el fin de que en los juicios sustanciados por los Juzgados Segundo y Tercero de primera instancia de lo Familiar, as\u00ed como todas y cada una de las investigaciones que se llevan a cabo, en la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n n\u00famero 3, de Atenci\u00f3n Inmediata y Especializada del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres, ambas con sede en <strong>Reynosa<\/strong>, atiendan y resuelvan los asuntos relacionados con <strong>Cristian Flores Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong> y su hijo menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponderando, dijo, en todo momento el inter\u00e9s superior del menor, establecidos en la <strong>Convenci\u00f3n sobre los Derechos del Ni\u00f1o<\/strong> y en la <strong>Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la <strong>Perspectiva de G\u00e9nero<\/strong>, impulsada por la Suprema Corte de la Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto,&nbsp;<strong>F\u00e9lix&nbsp;Garc\u00eda Aguiar <\/strong><strong>\u201cEl Moyo\u201d<\/strong> quit\u00f3 la pancarta y dijo la verg\u00fcenza que representa este tipo de actos mientras retir\u00f3 este pegote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00abEs invasi\u00f3n de ley que va hacer todo lo necesario para revertir la decisi\u00f3n, hay una irregularidad en ello; vamos a respaldar cuando se busque la justicia y es obligaci\u00f3n de jueces y fiscal\u00eda.\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, <strong>Mon Mar\u00f3n<\/strong> dijo que se est\u00e1 politizando el tema y que eso solo compete a las dependencias, que deben investigar a fondo y que nunca van a permitir que se le quite a una familia lo m\u00e1s valioso que son sus hijos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su oportunidad, el diputado de Morena, <strong>Humberto Prieto<\/strong> dijo que el <strong>PAN <\/strong>siempre dice que est\u00e1 por la legalidad y cuando suben a tribuna siempre politiza los temas, solo utilizan el sistema de justicia a su favor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una iniciativa para proteger los derechos humanos de ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os genera nuevo desencuentro en el Congreso de Tamaulipas, entre legisladores de Morena y del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN).
