{"id":28755,"date":"2025-12-04T05:34:58","date_gmt":"2025-12-04T05:34:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=28755"},"modified":"2025-12-04T05:34:59","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T05:34:59","slug":"presentan-ofertas-para-30-75-km-del-tren-saltillo-nuevo-laredo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2025\/12\/04\/presentan-ofertas-para-30-75-km-del-tren-saltillo-nuevo-laredo\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentan ofertas para 30.75 km del tren Saltillo\u2013Nuevo Laredo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tres consorcios y una empresa presentaron <strong>propuestas para la construcci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de 30.75 kil\u00f3metros (km) del tren Saltillo\u2013Nuevo Laredo<\/strong>, segmento 15 \u201cb\u201d, zona metropolitana de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario (ARTF), el consorcio encabezado por ICA Constructora <strong>present\u00f3 una oferta por 11 mil 150 millones 858 mil 547.75 pesos, la m\u00e1s baja<\/strong>, mientras que <strong>Proyectos y Estudios Ferroviarios<\/strong> <strong>tuvo\u00a0la mayor propuesta<\/strong>, con 15 mil 271 millones 970 mil 859.57 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"attachment_662753\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/t21.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-02-200818.png?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el an\u00e1lisis correspondiente, la ARTF indic\u00f3 que el fallo de este concurso se dar\u00e1 a conocer el pr\u00f3ximo 19 de diciembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El organismo precis\u00f3 que para este proyecto tiene&nbsp;<strong>una asignaci\u00f3n de 351 millones 284 mil 265.16 pesos para este a\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que el lugar donde se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los trabajos se encuentra en los estados de Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Tamaulipas, con el fin de conectar la Zona Metropolitana de Monterrey con Nuevo Laredo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ARTF<strong> fij\u00f3 para el 16 de enero de 2026 el inicio de la obra<\/strong>, con un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de mil 020 d\u00edas naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que ICA Constructora, junto con Constructora de Infraestructura, Construcciones y Trituraciones, Constructora El Caj\u00f3n, Compa\u00f1\u00eda Hidroel\u00e9ctrica La Yesca, Desarrolladora de Infraestructura Puerto Escondido, Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructura e ICA Edificio Sat\u00e9lite, tendr\u00e1n la construcci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de 100.05 km de este tren en&nbsp;<strong>los segmentos 16 y 17 Uni\u00f3n San Javier\u2013Arroyo El Sauz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que para Operadora CICSA\u00a0(subsidiaria de\u00a0Grupo Carso) y FCC Construcci\u00f3n, adjudic\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de 111 km en los<strong>\u00a0segmentos 13 y 14, Saltillo\u2013Santa Catarina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gami Ingenier\u00eda e Instalaciones, Construcciones Urales, Recal Estructuras y Azvi, tendr\u00e1n la construcci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de 136.28 km en los <strong>segmentos 18, 19 y 20, Arroyo El Sauz\u2013Nuevo Laredo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tres consorcios y una empresa presentaron propuestas para la construcci\u00f3n y dise\u00f1o de 30.75 kil\u00f3metros (km) del tren Saltillo\u2013Nuevo Laredo, segmento 15 \u201cb\u201d, zona metropolitana de Monterrey.
