{"id":28405,"date":"2025-11-23T06:33:50","date_gmt":"2025-11-23T06:33:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=28405"},"modified":"2025-11-23T06:33:52","modified_gmt":"2025-11-23T06:33:52","slug":"asesino-de-carlos-manzo-murio-de-un-tiro-con-su-misma-arma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2025\/11\/23\/asesino-de-carlos-manzo-murio-de-un-tiro-con-su-misma-arma\/","title":{"rendered":"Asesino de Carlos Manzo muri\u00f3 de un tiro con su misma arma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>V\u00edctor Manuel Ubaldo Vidales, joven de 17 a\u00f1os que asesin\u00f3 al alcalde de Uruapan, Carlos Manzo Rodr\u00edguez, fue muerto de un tiro con su propia arma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial de los siete escoltas y el operador criminal, relacionados al homicidio del presidente municipal independiente, el Ministerio P\u00fablico evidenci\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n extrajudicial del asesino de Manzo, a manos de uno de los escoltas de nombre Demetrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se detall\u00f3 que el escolta dispara a menos de 30 cent\u00edmetros en el pecho del autor material, en no m\u00e1s de 13 segundos de que Manuel Ubaldo le metiera seis tiros en el cuerpo a Carlos Manzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n qued\u00f3 en evidencia que, el param\u00e9dico -que adem\u00e1s atestigu\u00f3 la ejecuci\u00f3n extrajudicial-, revel\u00f3 que tras dispararle al homicida de Manzo, los escoltas le impidieron brindarle los primeros auxilios y en su caso la reanimaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esos s\u00f3lo fueron algunos de los elementos que present\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda de Michoac\u00e1n en la audiencia que dur\u00f3 casi 8 horas y en la que el juez dict\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa a los imputados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa de los acusados, solicit\u00f3 la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional, por lo que ser\u00e1 hasta el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles cuando se decida la vinculaci\u00f3n o no vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, de los implicados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00edctor Manuel Ubaldo Vidales, joven de 17 a\u00f1os que asesin\u00f3 al alcalde de Uruapan, Carlos Manzo Rodr\u00edguez, fue muerto de un tiro con su propia arma.
