Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que<strong> trabajaba con abogados afuera del Poder Judicial <\/strong>de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo trascendido, Donovan formaba parte de los grupos que <strong>se rentan como golpeadores para desalojos <\/strong>de predios.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Incluso estuvo detenido una ocasi\u00f3n en la Fiscal\u00eda de la CDMX por despojo\u201d, se lee en la publicaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n extraoficial se\u00f1ala que tanto Donovan como <strong>H\u00e9ctor<\/strong>, el primer detenido el d\u00eda del ataque a Cohen, fueron contratados por otro hombre, se\u00f1alado como<strong> \u2018El Gufy\u2019<\/strong>, quien les ofreci\u00f3 dinero a cada uno por asesinar al abogado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ahora, <strong>se desconoce qui\u00e9n es el autor intelectual <\/strong>del homicidio de David Cohen, pero las investigaciones avanzan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado lunes 13 de octubre, frente a las oficinas del <strong>Poder Judicial de la CDMX, en la colonia Doctores,<\/strong> el abogado David Cohen Sacal fue asesinado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el atentado, mientras H\u00e9ctor era perseguido por el guardia de seguridad en Ciudad Judicial, <strong>Donovan logr\u00f3 escapar <\/strong>hacia el oriente de la capital del pa\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan las declaraciones de H\u00e9ctor, <strong>Donovan habr\u00eda sido quien accion\u00f3 el arma,<\/strong> mientras que \u00e9l conduc\u00eda la motocicleta que los ayudar\u00eda a huir del lugar tras el ataque.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuentes extraoficiales refieren que <strong>\u2018El Gufy\u2019 le habr\u00eda ofrecido 70 mil pesos <\/strong>a Donovan por ejecutar el ataque, una cantidad m\u00e1s alta que la prometida a H\u00e9ctor, quien iba a recibir<strong> 30 mil pesos.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sigue investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La fiscal capitalina, Bertha Alcalde Luj\u00e1n, confirm\u00f3 que la autoridad no descarta la<strong> existencia de autores intelectuales<\/strong> detr\u00e1s del homicidio, pues el abogado Cohen litigaba casos de alto perfil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cuerpo del abogado fue entregado a su familia la noche del martes 14 de octubre.
