{"id":2684,"date":"2023-02-22T04:43:35","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T04:43:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=2684"},"modified":"2023-02-22T04:43:35","modified_gmt":"2023-02-22T04:43:35","slug":"envia-federacion-a-tamaulipas-mas-de-2mil-800-mdp-en-un-mes-por-participaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/02\/22\/envia-federacion-a-tamaulipas-mas-de-2mil-800-mdp-en-un-mes-por-participaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"ENV\u00cdA FEDERACI\u00d3N A TAMAULIPAS MAS DE 2MIL 800 MDP EN UN MES POR PARTICIPACIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el primer mes del a\u00f1o, <strong>Tamaulipas <\/strong>recibi\u00f3 una inyecci\u00f3n de recursos por m\u00e1s de 2 mil 800 millones de pesos, producto del pago de participaciones federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con un informe de la<strong> Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP)<\/strong>, a la entidad le fueron pagados en enero casi $30 millones m\u00e1s que en el mismo periodo de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces se destinaron <strong>2 mil 856.9 millones<\/strong> de pesos y ahora en 2023 fueron<strong> $2 mil 886.2 millones<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 el reporte de la dependencia federal, publicado el pasado 15 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas transferencias federales corresponden al Fondo General de Participaciones, Fondo de Fomento Municipal, Fondo de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n, Fondo de Extracci\u00f3n de Hidrocarburos, IEPS, IEPS Gasolinas Estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, Tenencia, <strong>0.136% <\/strong>de la Recaudaci\u00f3n Federal Participable, Municipios por los que se exportan los hidrocarburos, Impuesto sobre Autom\u00f3viles Nuevos (<strong>ISAN<\/strong>), Incentivos Econ\u00f3micos, Fondo de Compensaci\u00f3n de Repecos e Intermedios y Fondo del Impuesto sobre la Renta. <strong>Todos est\u00e1n bajo el concepto de participaciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las participaciones federales?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Ley de Coordinaci\u00f3n Fiscal<\/strong>, indica que las participaciones federales son recursos que los estados y municipios pueden ejercer libremente, pues no est\u00e1n etiquetados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su car\u00e1cter principal es resarcitorio y se asignan los fondos de manera proporcional a su esfuerzo recaudatorio, adem\u00e1s de incentivar su aportaci\u00f3n al crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado su car\u00e1cter no condicionado, se constituyen en recursos indispensables para las haciendas p\u00fablicas de los gobiernos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>locales, debido a que de ellas depende, en gran medida, el gasto de operaci\u00f3n de las estructuras administrativas gubernamentales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferencia de las <strong>aportaciones federales<\/strong>, las participaciones son aquellas que se entregan a las entidades federativas y sus municipios con el fin de compensar su aportaci\u00f3n a la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n sujetas a revisiones peri\u00f3dicas por parte de la <strong>Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, para supervisar que su manejo se haga conforme a las reglas de operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el primer mes del a\u00f1o, Tamaulipas recibi\u00f3 una inyecci\u00f3n de recursos por m\u00e1s de 2 mil 800 millones de pesos, producto del pago de participaciones federales.
