La Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) <strong>notific\u00f3 a la empresa Sony<\/strong>, responsable de la tienda en l\u00ednea de PlayStation, para que muestre los precios de sus productos en moneda nacional y con el monto total a pagar claramente visible, tal como lo exige la Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor (LFPC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con un comunicado del organismo, la medida se tom\u00f3 <strong>despu\u00e9s de recibir m\u00e1s de 100 denuncias de consumidores<\/strong> que reportaron que <strong>en el sitio oficial de PlayStation <\/strong>los precios se mostraban en otra moneda o sin incluir todos los cargos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Profeco notific\u00f3 a PlayStation?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Profeco record\u00f3 que el art\u00edculo 34 de la LFPC <strong>establece que los precios de los productos o servicios<\/strong>, ya sean nacionales o importados, deben expresarse en idioma espa\u00f1ol y en pesos mexicanos, en t\u00e9rminos claros y legibles, conforme al sistema general de unidades de medida. La ley<strong> permite que se incluyan otros idiomas o sistemas de medida<\/strong>, pero de forma adicional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <strong>el art\u00edculo 7 Bis se\u00f1ala<\/strong> que el monto total a pagar debe ser exhibido de manera notoria y visible, incluyendo todos los cargos aplicables, <strong>como impuestos, comisiones, intereses, seguros y cualquier gasto adicional<\/strong>, tanto en compras de contado como a cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Monitoreo y requerimiento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal de la Profeco llev\u00f3 a cabo un monitoreo para constatar las denuncias y, tras verificar la informaci\u00f3n, <strong>notific\u00f3 personalmente a la empresa este 13 de agosto de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la notificaci\u00f3n, el organismo <strong>requiri\u00f3 que Sony atienda las observaciones<\/strong> y realice las modificaciones necesarias en su tienda en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dependencia advirti\u00f3 que, <strong>si la empresa no cumple con lo solicitado<\/strong>, se podr\u00e1n iniciar procedimientos por infracciones a la Ley, lo que podr\u00eda derivar en sanciones econ\u00f3micas y otras medidas correctivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo denunciar?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La Profeco inform\u00f3 que las denuncias ciudadanas se pueden enviar al correo <a href=\"mailto:denunciapublicitaria@profeco.gob.mx\">denunciapublicitaria@profeco.gob.mx<\/a>, donde se revisan y atienden los reportes sobre publicidad o exhibici\u00f3n de precios que no cumplan con la ley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Ya les cay\u00f3 la ley!
