<strong>criptomonedas<\/strong>, un paso importante en el <strong>desarrollo de este mercado.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Ley CLARITY proporciona a Estados Unidos un marco regulatorio sobre las criptomonedas y otros activos digitales, en l\u00ednea con los deseos del gobierno del presidente Donald Trump, que apoya firmemente a esta industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora pasar\u00e1 al Senado, donde los republicanos tienen una<strong> estrecha minor\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varios congresistas dem\u00f3cratas han expresado reservas sobre el proyecto de ley porque consideran que no protege stablecoins a tener reservas de activos, como dep\u00f3sitos bancarios o bonos del Tesoro, al menos equivalentes al valor de su criptomoneda en circulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varios bancos trabajan
