{"id":2373,"date":"2023-02-03T05:13:33","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T05:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=2373"},"modified":"2023-02-03T05:13:34","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T05:13:34","slug":"paran-actividades-empleados-de-c5-en-reynosa-argumentan-malos-tratos-de-superiores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2023\/02\/03\/paran-actividades-empleados-de-c5-en-reynosa-argumentan-malos-tratos-de-superiores\/","title":{"rendered":"PARAN ACTIVIDADES EMPLEADOS DE C5 EN REYNOSA, ARGUMENTAN MALOS TRATOS DE SUPERIORES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Alrededor de 100 trabajadores del&nbsp;<strong>Centro de Coordinaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, Comando, Control, Comunicaciones, C\u00f3mputo e Inteligencia &#8211;<strong>C5<\/strong>-, en Reynosa, laboran bajo protesta, tras la retenci\u00f3n de su pago quincenal desde la segunda quincena de enero del presente a\u00f1o y la ausencia de pago de su compensaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura \u00abN\u00bb, con una antig\u00fcedad de&nbsp;<strong>16 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, precis\u00f3 que el director del&nbsp;<strong>C5<\/strong>&nbsp;en Reynosa, de nombre Mart\u00edn Alexandre, ha incurrido en presuntos abusos, trato d\u00e9spota e intimidaciones a los empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De monitorear las c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia de&nbsp;<strong>9 municipios<\/strong>, desde Nuevo Laredo, Ciudad Mier, Camargo y D\u00edaz Ordaz y Reynosa, en donde 4 empleados y en ocasiones s\u00f3lo 2, tienen que estar monitoreando hasta 80 c\u00e1maras ante la negativa del Centro de Comando Central de contratar m\u00e1s personal, pues de las solicitudes, en muchos casos son rechazadas por no reunir las condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que se les pagan 3 mil 300 pesos por quincena, no hay prestaciones de ley, no cr\u00e9ditos ni ayuda de vivienda, pues muchos empleados provienen de&nbsp;<strong>otros municipios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Subdirectora, Yuliam se suma a los hostigamientos laborales junto con el&nbsp;<strong>director del C5<\/strong>, quien los amenaza y trata en forma despectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los inconformes han solicitado una mesa de di\u00e1logo para resolver la&nbsp;<strong>inconsistencia laboral<\/strong>, pero refieren a EL MA\u00d1ANA, que no hay disposici\u00f3n, por lo que hacen p\u00fablica su situaci\u00f3n en espera de que, este clamor llegue a o\u00eddos del Gobernador del Estado e intervenga, pues su trabajo es esencial, lo mismo vigilando y monitoreando las ciudades en tareas de seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n del delito que operando la red de emergencia 9-1-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El clima actual laboral del\u00a0<strong>C5<\/strong>\u00a0es inestable y como polvor\u00edn amenaza con estallar ante la estela de omisiones y\u00a0<strong>malos tratos<\/strong>\u00a0que se aplican al personal.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/blob-elmanana.tresite.com\/images\/2023\/02\/02\/e0381b9c-a2bb-47f2-bd38-8681d35d3d70.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Paran actividades empleados del C5; argumentan malos tratos de superiores\" title=\"Paran actividades empleados del C5; argumentan malos tratos de superiores\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alrededor de 100 trabajadores del&nbsp;Centro de Coordinaci\u00f3n, Comando, Control, Comunicaciones, C\u00f3mputo e Inteligencia &#8211;C5-, en Reynosa, laboran bajo protesta, tras la retenci\u00f3n de su pago quincenal desde la segunda quincena de enero del presente a\u00f1o y la ausencia de pago de su compensaci\u00f3n.
