Ley de Telecomunicaciones propone soterramiento"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La reci\u00e9n aprobada Ley de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusi\u00f3n establece lineamientos para <strong>el retiro progresivo de cables en desuso y su soterramiento,<\/strong> una medida que busca modificar el paisaje urbano del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La normativa ser\u00e1 implementada por<strong> la Agencia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Telecomunicaciones.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el texto de la iniciativa, el soterramiento de cables tiene como prop\u00f3sito la protecci\u00f3n de la infraestructura, pues al estar bajo tierra,<strong> los cables estar\u00edan menos expuestos a condiciones clim\u00e1ticas adversas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/postes-cables-luz-retiraran-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la reforma,<strong> ser\u00e1 la Agencia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital la encargada de \u201cexpedir&nbsp;los lineamientos para el reordenamiento,<\/strong> retiro o soterramiento de infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, a los que deber\u00e1n sujetarse los concesionarios y, en su caso, autorizados, as\u00ed como proveedores de infraestructura pasiva\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl reordenamiento, retiro y soterramiento de infraestructuras constituyen estrategias<br>esenciales para <strong>fortalecer las medidas de protecci\u00f3n civil,<\/strong> mejorar la est\u00e9tica urbana<br>y aumentar la resiliencia ante desastres naturales\u201d, dice el texto de la Ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, <strong>no establece c\u00f3mo se implementar\u00e1<\/strong> el reordenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante una conferencia <em>ma\u00f1anera<\/em> reciente, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Pe\u00f1a Merino, titular de la Agencia, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que <strong>el proceso de soterramiento ser\u00e1 gradual para evitar un impacto financiero significativo en las empresas operadoras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMuchos de los cables que se ven en los postes ya no est\u00e1n en uso;<strong> esto es un primer paso para organizar el cableado\u201d<\/strong>, mencion\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La reci\u00e9n aprobada Ley de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusi\u00f3n establece lineamientos para el retiro progresivo de cables en desuso y su soterramiento, una medida que busca modificar el paisaje urbano del pa\u00eds.
