Est\u00e1 en el lugar 126 de 180.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe se\u00f1ala que tras cuatro a\u00f1os de gobierno del presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador, a\u00fan no hay condenas contra funcionarios p\u00fablicos de alto rango o ejecutivos del sector privado por corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe record\u00f3 que algunos de los casos que estar\u00edan bajo investigaci\u00f3n \u201cimplican a integrantes de la red pol\u00edtica\u201d del propio Presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evidenci\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la tensi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica entre el Presidente y las instituciones aut\u00f3nomas responsables de garantizar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n (Inai) y la organizaci\u00f3n de elecciones libres y justas (INE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta tensi\u00f3n \u201cse suma a la creciente tendencia de socavar el sistema de pesos y contrapesos necesarios para una democracia\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el IPC, la corrupci\u00f3n sigue siendo frecuente en Am\u00e9rica, donde los l\u00edderes no han tomado medidas decisivas ni fortalecido las instituciones p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEsto ha permitido que las redes criminales fortalezcan su control, ejerciendo un poder significativo sobre los pol\u00edticos y agravando la violencia en la regi\u00f3n con la tasa de homicidios per c\u00e1pita m\u00e1s alta\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que, para hacer frente a este tipo de violencia, algunos gobiernos est\u00e1n consolidando el control en el Poder Ejecutivo, socavando la transparencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas, y amenazando los derechos humanos, lo que abre oportunidades para la corrupci\u00f3n y el abuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa corrupci\u00f3n generalizada en las Am\u00e9ricas alimenta las muchas otras crisis que enfrenta la regi\u00f3n\u201d, asegur\u00f3 Delia Ferreira, presidenta de Transparencia Internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los gobiernos d\u00e9biles no logran detener las redes criminales, el conflicto social y la violencia, y exacerban las amenazas a los derechos humanos, al concentrar el poder en nombre de la lucha contra la inseguridad. \u201cLa \u00fanica forma de avanzar es que los l\u00edderes prioricen una acci\u00f3n decisiva contra la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.elfinanciero.com.mx\/resizer\/JdxI9X9YUVwOYkHXgqChNSHW8uw=\/1440x0\/filters:format(jpg):quality(70)\/cloudfront-us-east-1.images.arcpublishing.com\/elfinanciero\/D27NO2WDRJHYFOVEVZ77VSSFUU.jpg?w=640&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo, M\u00e9xico no mejor\u00f3 su puntuaci\u00f3n en el \u00cdndice de Percepci\u00f3n de Corrupci\u00f3n (IPC), revela el m\u00e1s reciente informe de Transparencia Internacional.
