Garc\u00eda Harfuch<\/strong>, acus\u00f3 este jueves a varios jueces por presuntamente favorecer a presuntos delincuentes, lo cual consider\u00f3 \u201cinaceptable\u201d, pues asegur\u00f3 que existe un \u201calarmante\u201d n\u00famero de determinaciones judiciales que han beneficiado a criminales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSe tiene registro de 193 determinaciones, casi 200 decisiones de \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales que <strong>favorecieron o pretendieron beneficiar a presuntos delincuentes con traslados, liberaciones <\/strong>y egresos definitivos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario durante la conferencia de prensa presidencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario destac\u00f3 que debido a estas determinaciones se han concretado 164 egresos por cambio de medida cautelar y dos definitivos, \u201clo que significa m\u00e1s de 100 delincuentes que regresaron a las calles\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se han dado 27 traslados de personas privadas de la libertad a otros centros penitenciarios sin que se cumplieran con las formalidades del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo ello, afirm\u00f3, pese a que Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social de la SSPC los consider\u00f3 como \u201cno viables\u201d para estas medidas, por delitos como secuestro, privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad, homicidio, portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego de uso exclusivo del Ej\u00e9rcito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs inaceptable que \u00f3rganos jurisdiccionales cuya misi\u00f3n es salvaguardar el orden y la justicia, tomen determinaciones para favorecer a los delincuentes\u201d, dijo Garc\u00eda Harfuch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destac\u00f3 el caso del l\u00edder de los Zetas, Miguel \u00c1ngel \u2018N\u2019, requerido por el Gobierno de Estados Unidos por delitos como asociaci\u00f3n delictuosa, contra la salud, lavado de dinero e introducci\u00f3n de armas de fuego, cuya extradici\u00f3n fue bloqueada en m\u00e1s de 79 ocasiones por siete jueces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 directamente al juez Gregorio Salazar Hern\u00e1ndez, con sede en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, quien habr\u00eda otorgado beneficios a Gerardo Ponce Alan\u00eds, presunto operador del C\u00e1rtel del Pac\u00edfico, y al \u2018Contador\u2019, sobrino de Osiel C\u00e1rdenas Guill\u00e9n, exl\u00edder del C\u00e1rtel del Golfo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, la presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que por las denuncias contra los candidatos a la pr\u00f3xima elecci\u00f3n judicial, que presuntamente tendr\u00edan nexos con el narcotr\u00e1fico, ser\u00e1 el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE) o el Tribunal electoral los que tomen la decisi\u00f3n en \u00faltima instancia, pero destac\u00f3 que hasta ahora las denuncias se han hecho en redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mes pasado,<strong> Sheinbaum pidi\u00f3 al Tribunal Electoral invalidar a los candidatos<\/strong> de la primera elecci\u00f3n popular del Poder Judicial <strong>que tengan nexos con el narcotr\u00e1fico<\/strong>, despu\u00e9s de que el Senado reconoci\u00f3 que hay aspirantes con estos v\u00ednculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la agrupaci\u00f3n civil Defensorxs document\u00f3 13 \u201ccandidatos relacionados con el crimen organizado, delitos sexuales, sectas pol\u00edtico-religiosas y otras irregularidades\u201d en el sitio \u2018Justicia en la mira\u2019, donde resalta, entre otros, a Silvia Roc\u00edo Delgado, exabogada del capo Joaqu\u00edn el \u2018Chapo\u2019 Guzm\u00e1n Loera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos reflejan la pol\u00e9mica en torno a la <strong>primera elecci\u00f3n popular del Poder Judicial en M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, cuando un r\u00e9cord de 99,7 millones de votantes est\u00e1n llamados a elegir por primera vez 881 cargos de entre 3.422 candidatos, que incluyen la Suprema Corte, el nuevo Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial y el Tribunal Electoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las campa\u00f1as comenzaron el pasado 30 de marzo y terminar\u00e1n el 28 de mayo, con alertas de la oposici\u00f3n, organismos internacionales como la ONU, actuales jueces y asociaciones civiles de una posible intromisi\u00f3n del Ejecutivo y del crimen organizado en los
