ciudadan\u00eda plasmados en la Constituci\u00f3n y afecta dos procedimientos relativos al\u00a0<strong>padr\u00f3n electoral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de recortar al 84% del Servicio Profesional Electoral Nacional (1,564 plazas canceladas), comenta el informe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala siete riesgos de seguridad y cuatro riesgos para la protecci\u00f3n de datos personales para el Padr\u00f3n Electoral por la propuesta de que los M\u00f3dulos de Atenci\u00f3n Ciudadana para la credencial con fotograf\u00eda se instalen en oficinas de gobierno a cargo de
