Horas despu\u00e9s, supimos por un correo electr\u00f3nico que ya los hab\u00edan transferido a Tesorer\u00eda\u201d, dijo la consejera.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Los 10,000 millones, acumulados <strong>desde 2013<\/strong> en <strong>cuatro fideicomisos<\/strong>, estaban destinados por mandato constitucional a <strong>indemnizar<\/strong> a <strong>jueces<\/strong> que renunciaron o perdieron en las elecciones judiciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEs dinero que pertenece al Poder Judicial, no es un regalo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 la consejera.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La magistrada detall\u00f3 que en ning\u00fan momento se les consult\u00f3 sobre el movimiento a la Tesorer\u00eda, asegur\u00f3 que este hecho representa una <strong>violaci\u00f3n al contrato<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cNAFIN actu\u00f3 por \u2018\u00f3rdenes superiores\u2019 sin avisar al Consejo, violando las cl\u00e1usulas del contrato\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, coment\u00f3 que el acceso del personal de la Judicatura para consultar el saldo del dinero fue <strong>bloqueado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los transitorios 10\u00b0 y 20\u00b0 de la reforma judicial establecen claramente que estos fondos deben usarse primero para <strong>pagar a los juzgadores<\/strong> afectados por la reforma. \u201cAcabaron con <strong>carreras judiciales<\/strong> enteras. Este dinero era su garant\u00eda\u201d, <strong>lament\u00f3<\/strong> Ben\u00edtez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fideicomisos-imparticion-justicia-mexico-26102023.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/fideicomisos-imparticion-justicia-mexico-26102023-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La magistrada confes\u00f3 sentirse \u201c<strong>enga\u00f1ada<\/strong>\u201c: \u201cHasta el 2 de abril, NAFIN asegur\u00f3 que devolver\u00eda el dinero. Ahora intuimos que est\u00e1 en Tesorer\u00eda, pero no tenemos certeza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>contrato establece<\/strong> que cualquier disputa debe resolverse directamente ante la <strong>SCJN<\/strong>. \u201cDemandaremos a NAFIN por incumplimiento. El problema es que el dinero ya no est\u00e1 con ellos\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras tanto, cientos de <strong>jueces esperan su liquidaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en medio de un limbo legal. \u201cSi el gobierno usa esos fondos para otro fin, estar\u00eda violando la Constituci\u00f3n que ellos mismos reformaron\u201d, sentenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cEsto no es un error administrativo \u2014concluy\u00f3 Ben\u00edtez\u2014.
