50 por el a<strong>sesinato de un menor de edad.\u00a0<\/strong><br>\u00a0<br>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Tamaulipas (FGJET) inform\u00f3 que el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico obtuvo la sentencia condenatoria de un Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>La persona sentenciada fue identificada como \u00c1lvaro \u201cT\u201d, quien habr\u00eda cometido los\u00a0<strong>delitos el 27 de octubre del 2019<\/strong>, en el municipio de Villagr\u00e1n, Tamaulipas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta historia fue muy difundida en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, y tuvo su origen el\u00a0 26 de octubre del 2019 cuando en Montemorelos, Nuevo Le\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>desapareci\u00f3 Ana Luc\u00eda Aranda, de 19 a\u00f1os de edad, con su hijo Iker Alonso Aranda,<\/strong>\u00a0de cuatro meses de edad.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>El 28 de octubre la Fiscal\u00eda General de Nuevo Le\u00f3n activ\u00f3 la Alerta Amber por la desaparici\u00f3n de ambos y el d\u00eda 31 primero fue localizado un cad\u00e1ver calcinado de una mujer, en el municipio de Villagr\u00e1n, Tamaulipas, que despu\u00e9s se confirm\u00f3 era el de Luc\u00eda; despu\u00e9s fue hallado el cuerpo del beb\u00e9 y un juez de control de Tamaulipas orden\u00f3 la aprehensi\u00f3n de \u00c1lvaro \u201cN\u201d de 32 a\u00f1os de edad, quien desde entonces fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades judiciales.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Seg\u00fan los testimonios que se recabaron en aquel entonces, \u00c1lvaro tambi\u00e9n era de Montemorelos y<strong>\u00a0ten\u00eda
