Tiroteos, secuestros, extorsi\u00f3n y robos son parte del d\u00eda a d\u00eda, especialmente en zonas como <strong>Matamoros, Reynosa y Nuevo Laredo<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los grupos criminales, fuertemente armados, operan sin temor a las autoridades locales, cuya capacidad de respuesta es limitada fuera de \u00e1reas como <strong>Tampico, Ciudad Madero y Altamira<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ciudadanos estadounidenses y residentes legales permanentes no han sido inmunes a esta ola de violencia, con reportes de secuestros que han llevado al gobierno de Estados Unidos a restringir los movimientos de sus empleados en la regi\u00f3n,\u00a0inform\u00f3 el Consulado de EU.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron las recomendaciones?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este panorama, las recomendaciones son contundentes: <strong>posponer viajes no esenciales<\/strong> m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del 24 de marzo, <strong>anticipar retrasos en los cruces fronterizos <\/strong>y mantenerse informados a trav\u00e9s de medios locales.
