mi\u00e9rcoles que \u201cno descarta\u201d revisar la <strong>solicitud de ayuda<\/strong> del narcotraficante Joaqu\u00edn \u201cel Chapo\u201d Guzm\u00e1n, quien pide su traslado a M\u00e9xico porque alega violaciones a sus derechos humanos en EE.UU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCuando se trata de derechos humanos hay v\u00edas y hay instancias internacionales, entonces no es descartar porque el principal de los derechos humanos es el derecho a la vida, entonces a cualquier persona se le tiene que garantizar este derecho\u201d, expres\u00f3 el mandatario en su rueda de prensa diaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00f3pez Obrador confirm\u00f3 que el abogado del Chapo, condenado a cadena perpetua en 2019 por un tribunal de Nueva York, \u201cpresent\u00f3 una solicitud por medios electr\u00f3nicos\u201d en la Embajada de M\u00e9xico en <strong>Estados Unidos<\/strong> el 10 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su abogado, Jos\u00e9 Refugio Rodr\u00edguez, ha declarado a medios que el narcotraficante pidi\u00f3 hablar con L\u00f3pez Obrador para comunicarle el trato que recibe en la c\u00e1rcel de Colorado en la que est\u00e1 y plantearle la posibilidad de que sea trasladado a M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este asunto ya \u201clo est\u00e1 tratando la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores<\/strong>\u201c, inform\u00f3 el presidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl encargado de Am\u00e9rica del Norte ya est\u00e1 viendo este asunto y s\u00ed lo vamos a revisar\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/mexico-estados-unidos-eu-armas-chapo-guzman-drogas-lavado-de-dinero-joaquin-el-chapo-guzman-26012022.jpg?ssl=1\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/editorial.aristeguinoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/mexico-estados-unidos-eu-armas-chapo-guzman-drogas-lavado-de-dinero-joaquin-el-chapo-guzman-26012022-700x438.jpg?resize=640%2C400&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNada m\u00e1s hay que ver si procede o no procede, si tenemos, como lo menciona (el canciller) Marcelo (Ebrard), nosotros posibilidad de hacerlo\u201d, a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa del <strong>Chapo<\/strong> ha argumentado que al detenido \u201cno le pega el sol, la comida es de p\u00e9sima calidad, y no hay salud, adem\u00e1s de que recibe un trato desigual al resto de reos y que desde el pasado marzo solo ha hecho seis o siete llamadas a sus familiares y abogados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos alegatos, L\u00f3pez Obrador coment\u00f3 que \u201csiempre hay que dejar la puerta abierta cuando se trata de derechos humanos\u201d pese al historial criminal de Guzm\u00e1n, exl\u00edder del C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEs muy pol\u00e9mico todo eso, eso ya lo sabemos, pero no podemos decir \u2018no\u2019 as\u00ed, se tiene que argumentar\u201d, concluy\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de su <strong>extradici\u00f3n<\/strong> a Estados Unidos, el Chapo se fug\u00f3 en 2015 del Centro Federal de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social (Cefereso) n\u00famero 1 Altiplano, conocido tambi\u00e9n como el penal de Almoloya, ubicado en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00ed est\u00e1 recluido su hijo <strong>Ovidio Guzm\u00e1n<\/strong>, detenido el pasado 5 de enero y sobre quien tambi\u00e9n pesa una orden de extradici\u00f3n de Estados Unidos por presuntos delitos de tr\u00e1fico de estupefacientes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente mexicano,
