de sus platillos<\/strong> desde un cinco y hasta un diez por ciento, para poder enfrentar la inflaci\u00f3n y el aumento en los costos de los insumos en este inicio de a\u00f1o revel\u00f3 el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac) de Tamaulipas, David Canales Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTratamos de que sea lo menos posible para no perjudicar pero normalmente, anualmente de un 5 a un 10 por ciento es lo todos los restaurantes aumentan\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recalc\u00f3 que este es el tema que m\u00e1s preocupa al sector restaurantero, los <strong>costos en los insumos y el tema de la inflaci\u00f3n <\/strong>por lo que se ven obligados a buscar alternativas en mejores precios de insumos o modificar el men\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAl final aumenta el producto, aumenta el insumo, y nosotros las utilidades se reducen, entonces nos vemos en la necesidad de buscar alternativas en mejores precios de insumos o modificaciones a los men\u00fas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los montos de los incrementos en el precio de los platillos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que buscan que sea lo menos posible para no perjudicar al cliente, pero normalmente cada a\u00f1o todos los restaurantes aumentan de un cinco o un diez por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos iniciando a\u00f1o, ahorita con lo que m\u00e1s nos enfrentamos es con la inflaci\u00f3n y los aumentos en los insumos que han sido fuertes y que nos obligan a tener que crear estrategias con ligeros aumentos de precios que no impacten tanto cliente
