{"id":19906,"date":"2025-01-31T05:07:37","date_gmt":"2025-01-31T05:07:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/?p=19906"},"modified":"2025-01-31T05:07:38","modified_gmt":"2025-01-31T05:07:38","slug":"amonestan-a-pvem-morena-mc-y-pan-por-ocultar-perfiles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expresorgv.online\/home\/blog\/2025\/01\/31\/amonestan-a-pvem-morena-mc-y-pan-por-ocultar-perfiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Amonestan a PVEM, Morena, MC y PAN por ocultar perfiles"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica o llamado de atenci\u00f3n, los partidos Acci\u00f3n Nacional, Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico, Movimiento Ciudadano y Morena fueron sancionados por el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de Tamaulipas (Ietam) tras ocultar la informaci\u00f3n curricular y de identidad de sus candidatos en el sistema<strong><em> \u201cCon\u00f3celes\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, en los comicios del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria este mi\u00e9rcoles, se aprobaron los proyectos de resoluci\u00f3n para infraccionar tambi\u00e9n a los otrora candidatos independientes a la alcald\u00eda de Aldama, Jorge Luis Gonz\u00e1lez Rosales y Carlos \u00c1valos Loredo, por el mismo motivo y con la misma sanci\u00f3n. Todos ellos ser\u00e1n enviados al cat\u00e1logo de actores pol\u00edticos sancionados, acordaron los consejeros por decisi\u00f3n un\u00e1nime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSe declara existente el incumplimiento de capturar y publicar la informaci\u00f3n de los cuestionarios curricular y de identidad correspondiente a una candidatura en el sistema Con\u00f3celes del proceso electoral 2023-2024\u201d, expres\u00f3 el secretario ejecutivo al dar lectura a los proyectos presentados al Pleno.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan de Dios \u00c1lvarez apunt\u00f3 que la irregularidad consisti\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n en el incumplimiento de hacerlo dentro de los plazos establecidos respecto de diversas candidaturas, lo que viol\u00f3 el art\u00edculo 300, fracci\u00f3n II, de la Ley Electoral del Estado de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amonestaci\u00f3n a partidos&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, <strong>PAN, PVEM, MC <\/strong>y <strong>Morena <\/strong>ser\u00e1n sujetos a una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, que solo implica un llamado de atenci\u00f3n a manera de advertencia de una infracci\u00f3n mayor; adem\u00e1s se dispuso enlistarlos dentro del cat\u00e1logo de sujetos sancionados del Ietam, lo mismo que los ex aspirantes independientes que cayeron en la misma omisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos \u00faltimos, a su vez, desobedecieron el art\u00edculo 302, fracci\u00f3n XVII de la Ley Electoral del Estado, al no publicar en la plataforma sus perfiles curriculares y de identidad para que la ciudadan\u00eda pudiera evaluar por qui\u00e9n votar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las resoluciones contra partidos pol\u00edticos y ex candidatos independientes fueron aprobadas por unanimidad, sin ninguna discusi\u00f3n por parte de los integrantes del Consejo General, acord\u00e1ndose publicar las infracciones en estrados f\u00edsicos y electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con una amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica o llamado de atenci\u00f3n, los partidos Acci\u00f3n Nacional, Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico, Movimiento Ciudadano y Morena fueron sancionados por el Consejo General del Instituto Electoral de Tamaulipas (Ietam) tras ocultar la informaci\u00f3n curricular y de identidad de sus candidatos en el sistema \u201cCon\u00f3celes\u201d, en los comicios del a\u00f1o pasado.
